Very convenient when you’re going to have your US Visa Interview at the US Embassy because it’s just walking distance from this Hotel and also close by when you gonna have your Medical appointment to SLEC for US Visa. The Hotel is like luxury. The staffs are very friendly and modest.

I had an incredible experience at Manila Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless and well-equipped, with a beautiful view of intramuros. The bed was so comfortable, and I appreciated the extra touches like complimentary water and snacks. Also thank you for the upgrade room. The hotel's location was perfect – close to nearby attractions, restaurants, etc. I also had the chance to enjoy hotel amenities like the gym, and pool, which were top-notch. Overall, I would highly recommend Manila Hotel to anyone visiting Philippines. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

The Manila Prince Hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Manila. The room is spacious, but the bathroom needs a deep cleaning as there are a lot of molds. No bottled water but there is a water dispenser outside. No hair blower or iron in the room but available upon request with a fee of 105 each. The location has passing jeepneys going to quiapo and divisoria which is good.

The room appeared clean, but upon entering, I was hit with a bad smell. On the other hand, the location was extremely convenient, close to all the areas I wanted to visit. However, our experience was marred by poor service. Upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. The reception staff on duty was unaccommodating and intimidating. I believe that working in the hospitality industry requires a high level of customer service, even on difficult days. If someone is unhappy in their role, it's better for them to leave rather than jeopardize the company's reputation with rude behavior. Unfortunately, this lack of service continued throughout our stay. No one helped us with our luggage when we departed, unlike other hotels I've recently visited, where staff were eager to assist. I also noticed that most staff members didn't smile, and it seemed that they provided preferential treatment to foreign guests. In terms of amenities, the hotel needs to improve its swimming pool. We were surprised by how small it was, contradicting the hotel's description of having both a swimming pool and a children's pool. In reality, there was only one tiny pool. So, some of my relatives didn't even bother swimming due to the crowds and limited space. In terms of food, my family stayed there for two days, and I noticed that the breakfast options lacked vegetables. It's essential to include vegetables as a choice. This hotel’s restaurant don’t cater to vegetarians.

The location was great as I have activities to do at Quirino Grandstand. The facilities and room was pleasing to the eye. However, the walls are thin, you can overhear your neighbors. There was only one door key, which can be inconvenient when you’re sharing the room with a friend. I hope you give at least 2 room keys. The aquarium wall was beautiful, however the glass needs to be cleaned.

Check-in was a breeze, all the staff was very helpful. Bed and linens were all very comfortable but I noticed my pillows had a smell so after my first night I had them changed and they gladly obliged. I just wished they provided smaller towels too, they only give two bath towels and that’s it. Would be great to have more mirrors in the room as well. They charge water by the bottle when this usually comes for free in other hotels. I had to do my groceries to avoid paying around USD 1 per water bottle. Wish they gave water for free. Breakfast options are decent, but I wish they provided more Filipino breakfast staples. Gym was great, pool was clean and well maintained. Will definitely want to stay here again if needed.

My 2nd time here! I decided to come back to this hotel after my one-week trip to Puerto Galera. The front desk and security remembered me and greeted me warmly. I left my neck pillow the week before and when I inquired this to the front desk, they immediately contacted house keeping and within 20 minutes, brought the neck pillow to my room. Can't find any fault in the service. The location is also superb, I will definitely come back here next time I'm in Manila!

Location is good, it’s near from tourist spots in Manila. Lobby and resto’s ambiance is fine, but as soon as you enter their elevator and along hallways there is a stinky smell. For the room, bed sheet look so old and thin as well as the towel. Cold and hot shower is so hard to control. It either super hot or super cold nothing in between lol.

staying in a hotel like airo is an amazing experience even in just a couple of days with their friendly staff most especially their front desk personnel who accommodate us well.Their rooms are well maintained and very cleaned.
