The room is overall cozy and clean. Aircon is new, the bed is cozy very comfortable. The bathroom is clean with hot shower. But no water heater in the room you still need to request. I am disappointed a bit since I was assigned at the 5th floor and I have requested the front staff to transfer me in the lower floor and she assured me if there will be available she will transfer me since I will be extending a couple of days. But when the third day comes, she mentioned no more available rooms. It is so upsetting since I am expecting what she promised when I see couple of guests already checking out.
It's really rubbish. Apart from the good attitude of the front desk service, nothing is the same. When I entered the house, the water was stopped. The hot water suddenly became cold and hot. The bottled water drank almost the same as the water in the swimming pool. All kinds of furniture were about to fall apart. The sound of air conditioning sounded equivalent to the level of aircraft engines.
In addition, I did n’t understand when I first came to Manila. Ctrip wrote xx kilometers from the city center. This city center is the old city of Manila. The real urban area is in Makati. I'm still wondering how I couldn't find a five-star hotel in Manila
The service is good. However, may konting prob lang yung kumot, kobre kama pati yung twalya. 😭 Mabait mga guards and other employees nila. Okay pa rin sa presyo. Recommended para sa mga nagbabudget lang.
It was clean enough. There were just small cockroaches, which was scary because I was afraid they'd crawl into my ear while I was sleeping. I actually couldn't sleep, I don't know if they were nesting there. There seemed to be a connecting door to the next room, which caused me anxiety because I felt like the guest from the other room could come in at any time, especially since we were women and men were checked into the room next door.

My family has been a regular customer since I was in grade school. It was my grandfather who introduced to us the beauty of Binondo and how accessible Best Fortune Hotel in everything. I am overall happy with services and though it’s basically an old hotel, I must say it’s one of the best for me. I will keep coming back and thanks for your great service and hospitality.
RedDoorz at Chinatown is such a great find! Unbeatable location, steps away from bustling markets, authentic eateries and transport hubs. Rooms are clean, compact and well-kept, with all essential amenities you need. Staff are friendly and responsive. Super affordable, perfect for food trips or short stays.
Located on Ongpin Street, very near to all the popular Chinatown f&b oultlets and opposite to the Minor Basilica and National Shrine of Saint Lorenzo Ruiz (Binondo Church) so you wake up to the sounds of Church Bells.
The Hotel is quite dated but clean, would have been a great hotel during those days. Staff are friendly and approachable.
Just a heads up; they require a deposit per night. If you have a credit card you can pre-auth. Since I stayed for 1 night, I put 2000 piso cash for deposit. A family who checked in before me had 2 rooms for 5nights, had to put deposit of 2x5x2000piso=20,000piso (325usd).
