I am disappointed a bit since I was assigned at the 5th floor and I have requested the front staff to transfer me in the lower floor and she assured me if there will be available she will transfer me since I will be extending a couple of days. But when the third day comes, she mentioned no more available rooms. It is so upsetting since I am expecting what she promised when I see couple of guests already checking out."

GGuest UserFiancé and I stayed there and it was terrific. It was close enough to the mall and to restaurants that were in walking distance. But not right in front of the mall to have too much traffic noise. The staff was excellent. Will be staying there on my return trip in April. I would highly recommend the Rosh Hotel.

First, I would like to highly commend Ms. Zsan for her outstanding service. After being assigned to a room that, while clean, had an unpleasant odor, I approached the front desk again for assistance. Ms. Zsan handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. She went beyond simply checking the systemâshe actively coordinated with housekeeping via radio to personally verify room availability. Her initiative, attentiveness, and willingness to help truly define excellent customer service. She made us feel heard and valued, and her dedication reflects the kind of frontline service that leaves a lasting positive impression.
On the other hand, I would like to offer constructive feedback regarding my experience with Ms. Acel. As a guest, first impressions matter, and my initial interaction with her during check-in was not very reassuring. When I inquired about the possibility of being assigned to a newly renovated room, I was informed that none were available, without much effort to further check or explore options. This gave me the impression that my request was not fully considered.
The following day, when I needed to extend my stay, I spoke with her over the phone and requested an update regarding my concern, emphasizing the urgency as I needed to secure the current room rate online. However, after waiting for around 30 minutes without any callback, I had to follow up myself. During the follow-up, she asked for details I had already communicated earlier, which made it seem like the information was not properly noted or attended to.
On the third day, I needed to extend my booking again. To avoid the same experience, I went directly to the front desk. Unfortunately, she was again the one available. Despite my previous experience, I still chose to give her another chance, hoping for a better interaction. However, the experience remained the same. Because of this, instead of extending my stay further, I decided to transfer to another hotel.
I hope this feedback is received constructively. Frontline staff play a crucial role in shaping the overall guest experience. While Ms. Zsan demonstrated exceptional service and professionalism, there is an opportunity for improvement in consistency, attentiveness, and proactive assistance. With the right focus on these areas, guest satisfaction can be greatly enhanced.

Every time we asked for room service, it just made the whole room smell worse as the mop used to clean the room likely had not been changed or cleaned. There was even a time when the cleaner took the money that had been left out in the open by the table, although we were going to tip anyway, it is just concerning that theyâd take whatever moneyâs left out without having prior knowledge of whether the money is going to be given. What if it had been someone else's money or a larger amount than usual?

Mmelow bernabeEverything is excellent, the room or price is so affordable, the staffs are awesome, the rooms are nice for its price, the cleanliness and most especially the location is amazing. The hotel has its own laundry area with 200 pesos charge for 3kilos, you can cook in their kitchen, they have service water and hot water for 24 hours. You can check around the area for the cheaper foods as well as good. You can stay and eat at the roof deck, nice view and music. I extended my stay coz I truly love the ambiance and night life in the area.

GGuest UserStay was Great. Hotel is walking distance to Robinsons Palace Mall. Exit the hotel and take a right and walk straight down, and you're there. Need a massage to relieve the days tension, a variety of shops to choose from. Clubs/bars pick your place to chill and relax.

BByahenibossrodFirst impression: the room is small for a studio type, but the space isnât maximized with decent interior design. It looks like a very ordinary room with no sense of order, and it doesnât give you a relaxing vibe or ambiance.
They have a breaker for a washing machine, but thereâs no washing machine there. That breaker also powers the outlet for the refrigerator.
Theyâll ask for a â±3,000 deposit upon check-in and will refund it at check-out if everything is in working condition.
The key card they issued didnât work, so it was useless. You canât get through the entrance without asking the guards to open the gate for you.
I hope they improve the interior. There are a lot of cheap items they can buy from online shops.

Good thing, these two are the end.
The interior of the building is very old because it is unmanaged.
There are many Chinese people inside the building, so it is inconvenient to use the elevator.
It's particularly annoying when I use it at mealtimes.
Room condition is special. I used to buy toiletries personally.
The bottom line .... I thought it would be better to stay at the hotel to add to this money.
