AAnonymous UserI really enjoyed my stay. Very clean, nice smell of room. 24hrs hot shower, with toiletries, good AC walang noise and malakas. May ref and electric kettle din and volt to keep your important stuffs. Very accommodating din mga staff and guards. And mostly nagustuhan ko yung bed, very clean and comfy so perfect talaga for solo, couple and family!
Take note: sobrang lapit sa Robinson's. Mga 50 steps away lng.

GGuest UserIt's convenient because there are many restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. The hotel was relatively clean and the staff were friendly. However, the security situation seems quite bad, so it's best not to go out at night.

GGuest UserSobrang ganda ng service nila during our stay. Sobrang welcoming, malinis, and mababait yung staff. Mabilis din yung action nila in case na may need kayo. Highly recommended talaga! GGuest UserPalagi po akong nakakatravel kaya compare to other accommodation Maine City Residences have an average impression so far. Maayos nmn ang set up ng room pagpasok. Kakalinis lang siguro kasi moist pa ang floors. Toilet/Bath has low water pressure and equipt with hot and cold device . There are presence of cockroaches. Kaya nagrequest nalang ako kung my Baygon spray cla. Staffs excellent approachable and very accommodating. AC excellent, napakatahimik ng rooms. My available drinking water just outside the room. Wala elevator up to the top floor (4th). Convenient ang location to fast foods, laundry shop, barber shop/salon, 7/11 and BPI branch. The hotel situated just two blocks away from Taft Avenue.

JJohn Mungcal Sr.Staffs are friendly; one thing notable is the way the receptionist will find ways to make it easy for me to present other means of valid identification as I forgot to bring my original ID; she also mentioned the unavailability of some regular stuff being given to their customers due to holiday staffing limitation and supply deliveries. One of the cheapest but cleanest go-to hotels.
Famous fast food restaurants are just a few meters away, such as Mang Inasal and Jollibee. Other fast foods are plenty, the same with local carinderias, as well as convenience stores and bakeries, which are all a walk away only.
Very near government hospitals, namely Jose Reyes, Fabella, and San Lazaro. Leading banks are also in sight to access ATMs and other monetary needs.
Public transport is readily available esp LRT 1 Tayuman Station is just around the corner only

GGuest UserThough the rooms need renovations and better cleaning, this is a budget hotel, after all. So, you will get what you paid for. The best part of this hotel is the location within Intramuros. Despite the hot and humid weather, I was able to walk to key sites withing Intramuros. The reception seemed to lack in its tour arranging ability, but I was able to charter a TukTuk at a nearby museum, to go all the way to Malacañan Palace area.

RRGLJRIf you’re looking for a place to dump and have a Good shower after being caught in the rain this will be the best option avail. Nothing special - dont expect too much for a cheap price to pay.
