LLizynameEverything to your comfortable stay, comfy bed not smelly, clean and sanitized towels(not rags)
staffs are all courteous.
we did not use the ref though, AC is quiet, there is a corded phone for local calls
wifi is ok most of the time, elevator is safe.
Few steps to 24/7Mcdonalds and Convenience store , Robinsons Mall adjacent
*The bathroom shower floor may need a little upgrade, water flowing all over , other than that everything is topsy turvy.

AAnonymous UserI checked in on January 12-13. Checking in was smooth and the room was clean. They provided soap and 2 bottled water but no toothbrush and shampoo. The bed was a bit hard and the pillows were small however the AC was made up for it. What I like about the view by the elevator is the church of Nazarene, it was like the view from the back of the Vatican. The shower was hot and the water pressure was just perfect, however sometimes the shower drains were slow. They should have put another bath mat just outside the bathroom entrance, the one they placed was not that absorbent. The TV was great because they had smart tv but sometimes the internet was slow and disconnected sometimes. I noticed that the building shakes sometimes like there is after shock, at first I thought it was and read one review also mentioned that, they said it's because of the vehicles passing by outside. The menu they have inside is a bit pricey but no problem for me because outside there is a lot of resto you can find. Locking the main door was annoying sometimes because they were using the hard key and had to leave the key in the reception every time I left. Also, the bedsheets and linen were clean but just a few stains. Overall, it was a good stay for its price.
BBen-HurReview for Rosa Garden Hotel: 5/5 Stars
I had an amazing stay at Rosa Garden Hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spacious and well-maintained the property is. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and affordability, making it an ideal choice for both short and extended stays.
Room: My room was large, clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The modern amenities were all top-notch, and the bed was so cozy I almost didn’t want to leave!
Staff: The service was exceptional. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and attentive to all my needs. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about providing a great experience for guests.
Facilities: The hotel offers everything you could need—whether it's a relaxing spot in the garden or the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. The whole place had a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home.
Location: Conveniently located, the hotel is close to popular attractions while still providing a quiet, relaxing retreat.
All in all, my stay was flawless. I had absolutely no issues, and everything exceeded my expectations. Rosa Garden Hotel is truly a gem, and I’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, quality, and value.

JJohn Mungcal Sr.Staffs are friendly; one thing notable is the way the receptionist will find ways to make it easy for me to present other means of valid identification as I forgot to bring my original ID; she also mentioned the unavailability of some regular stuff being given to their customers due to holiday staffing limitation and supply deliveries. One of the cheapest but cleanest go-to hotels.
Famous fast food restaurants are just a few meters away, such as Mang Inasal and Jollibee. Other fast foods are plenty, the same with local carinderias, as well as convenience stores and bakeries, which are all a walk away only.
Very near government hospitals, namely Jose Reyes, Fabella, and San Lazaro. Leading banks are also in sight to access ATMs and other monetary needs.
Public transport is readily available esp LRT 1 Tayuman Station is just around the corner only
Jjaphet Hughbeen here a lot of times, all i can say Is the place is just right for its price.
the room Is Big
tv is working
Airconditioning is Good
Wifi is good but disconnects sometimes
Amenities are Complete from soap , Shampoo toothpaste , water etc.
location is Good
there is also a restaurant at ground floor
only thing that i hate is
- theres no hot shower
- no elevator
- Been In 3rd and 4th floor rooms and There is always a lot of small Cockroaches
TTimothy AllenLevel of service: Satisfactory. Whatever I asked for they either satisfied the request or did their best to do so. The facility was also above average and they had free filtered water on every floor which was convenient. The location was good; [close to the main airport]. The cleanliness was ok, no complaints. Extended stay was possible in occupied room and it was accommodated at an affordable price, which was really nice.
My suggestions:
1. Please do be in a position to make a local call which I asked for and they were unable to do.
2. Please don't call to ask about an extension when you were already informed about it, this can be inconvenient for a weary traveler.
Thanks for the pleasant stay.

RRon Arvin CeriaHotel Sogo Recto, located in the Quiapo area of Manila, is a budget-friendly option with mixed reviews. Guests appreciate its affordability, central location, and basic amenities like free Wi-Fi and 24-hour room service. However, cleanliness and room maintenance receive varying feedback, with some finding the rooms satisfactory and others noting issues. The hotel is suitable for short stays or travelers seeking quick access to nearby attractions like Rizal Park or Quiapo Church.
AAnonymous UserThe place is perfect, clean and really good. The staffs are really friendly and approachable from the security guard to receptionist, they are easy to talk with.

GGuest UserThe hotel is great if you're actually going in the Intramuros area. It's very close to all the interesting places. As for the hotel, it really has value for money because it has strong wifi, there's more than one tv station, there's a lot of sockets for your charger, there's a mini ref, and there's even a blow-dryer! However, I would suggest for a pail and tabo and/or a bidet. I like that they allowed us to place our stuff on the hotel as we went around Intramuros and Ermita prior to leaving for the airport. Would definitely stay here again.
MMartinAxlOur stay at Arzo Hotel - Manila was absolutely wonderful! The staff were warm and accommodating, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended!
Accessible to train station, to different sites in Manila like Luneta, Paco Park, National Museum, one station away to Intramuros! ✨
