GRAND RIVIERA SUITES CONDO – HONEST REVIEW I recently stayed at Great Riviera Suites Condo (Floor 50, Room 5009). On a positive note, the location felt safe, and the area is not prone to flooding, which provided some peace of mind during my stay. However, there were several concerns that significantly affected my overall experience. The room was not fully equipped as expected. Basic amenities were missing, including drinking glasses, a bath mat, television, cooking essentials such as a pot or rice cooker, and even basic utensils like spoons and forks. These are standard items that guests typically rely on, especially for multi-day stays. Additionally, the room provided did not match the one advertised. This discrepancy was disappointing, as expectations were set based on the listing, but the actual accommodation fell short. Considering the rate of over 5,000 pesos for 3 nights, I believe the stay did not offer good value for money. Unfortunately, I had limited options at the time, which is why I proceeded with the booking. I sincerely hope that management can improve transparency in their listings and ensure that the amenities advertised are accurately reflected in the actual rooms provided. Overall Rating: 3/10 Recommendation: Not recommended at this time.

You cant walk around barefeet, the floor is sticky. I booked for 5 pax but there were only 2 towels and i have to message the lady incharge and she gave us 2 old towels 🤭. There was no toilet rag which made my 6yo son slipped. I was expecting even just complimentary bottled water but there was none. Not shower gel/soap for shower, too. This is in room 521_

Room was good, ac and fan. Tv, fridge, micro, kettle, but make sure you request on the app before final booking. Area getting there was old manila, so a bit rough, but it's in a compound, so clean quiet wide street. Also parking but first come first served. 5-7 minute jeep ride to SM manila, so grocery and restaurants there, convenient. If I need to go to that area again I will definitely stay there. It was good.

Nice location 8L Good cleanliness . But the receptionist is too long for the response like asking for cleaning after 3 days of my stay. and room transfer from the 6th floor due to the bad smell from the toilet and dark room (only one dim light in the room and no sun light from outside due to AMOSOUP building is blocking). I was transferred after a day, after 8 times of asking my request. . The cleaning was done after I asked directly the janitorial crews in the deck 8 lobby.

The overall place is decent, however, the linen cover seems to have already been used due to its pungent odour. Every time we asked for room service, it just made the whole room smell worse as the mop used to clean the room likely had not been changed or cleaned. There was even a time when the cleaner took the money that had been left out in the open by the table, although we were going to tip anyway, it is just concerning that they’d take whatever money’s left out without having prior knowledge of whether the money is going to be given. What if it had been someone else's money or a larger amount than usual?

I booked this place out of pure convenience. The location was great, but the building was old and was showing its age. I only spent 7 hours there because I had an early flight the next morning. If I had to book a room for a nother short stay, I'd probably spend a little more money and stay a better place.

There were some minor issues, but they were resolved right away so it wasn't inconvenient. First of all, the location was really good.

Good location for nightlife. The view from the balcony is also good. Good thing, these two are the end. The interior of the building is very old because it is unmanaged. There are many Chinese people inside the building, so it is inconvenient to use the elevator. It's particularly annoying when I use it at mealtimes. Room condition is special. I used to buy toiletries personally. The bottom line .... I thought it would be better to stay at the hotel to add to this money.
