Marseille Hotels with Swimming Pools

Good quality bedding, beautiful view and location. The breakfast is very rich and there is nothing missing. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. Public transportation is right in front of the hotel, so you can move around as much as you want. The only downside this year is the swimming pool, which really has many shortcomings. They should be a little more respectful for hotel customers, especially cleaner. Strongly leave next year! ! ! ! !

I had an excellent experience here. I absolutely loved my room was spacious with a beautiful view. The bed was very comfortable which was great as I have a bad back. The staff were were fantastic ! They suggested many places for me to visit and made me feel comfortable. The night staff especially Omar true gentleman! Extremely helpful. The swimming pool and hammam were top tier. Must go. The decor and the lobby area felt just like home, beautifully decorated. The tram and food shops are 2/3mins walk. So convenient. I love everything about my stay here except the last morning as I was woken up by some builders which is minor when you have an amazing place to stay.

This place is nice for a night. Not really near anything of importance, but if needing a place to stay before heading to the airport it's ideal. Near some restaurants in a seemingly dodgy part of town. The parking is a bit odd. I got stuck in the private parking for the apartment complex next door. When going into the parking stay to the left side. There's a nice pool and dining area to relax. Rooms are of great size and comfort. Very affordable in terms of a Crowne Plaza. Very good staff, was given a free upgrade. I highly recommend.

The overall facilities and services are far above the price (for the European average), the communication is smooth, and after a heart-to-heart talk, one of the rooms was successfully upgraded to a harbor view. This kind of thoughtful service is basically not seen in Europe, and it is rare in China (I am a Marriott Platinum in China, which may not be high enough) The hotel restaurant is also good. It was windy and rainy on the first night of stay, so we ate directly in the restaurant. It cost less than 200 euros for three people, which is much more comfortable than those tourist restaurants. I have just discovered the aparthotel group and I am totally satisfied with the welcome from the staff but especially with the cleanliness of the rooms and the calm. I travel regularly for work and I can tell you that I will not hesitate to rent a room in these aparthotels.

Cleaning ladies were demonstrating 53 days in front of the hotel when I arrived. The rotating door was covered with mud and confetti, while the black women danced to loud African beats. A complete shock! They continued during my stay… The front desk was super helpful after I contacted their manager. My flight was delayed and I arrived a day late so they managed to modify my reservation without extra payment. My card didn’t work so I gave a cash deposit and they sent me an email when my suitcase that had been delayed arrived (so as not to wake me up). The housekeeping was average- twice they didn’t restock the water. Once they forgot a cleaning chemical. Another time they didn’t restock the decaffeinated capsules. Also they could have been more generous with the toilet paper. It’s the very thin recycled one, that goes fast. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant spacious, with a garden overlooking the marina. The room was large, modern and quiet, with an amazing view of the harbor, including both sunsets and sunrises! I even saw the incredible half an hour long fireworks for Bastille day right under my window! The bed is big and comfortable, pillows a bit too soft, lighting is good but there are no toiletries (which was initially problematic due to the lost luggage). Room service wasn’t available the only night that I wanted to order it - due to Bastille day celebrations. The QR code don’t work on my phone so I had to call the reception to order. Also there was no alcoholic drinks listed, plus I had no fridge in the room, so I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy my holiday. The hotel doesn’t have a spa, which is a shame. So I made a reservation online and got a massage in the Hammam spa a few minutes from the hotel)very expensive and not great). The closest one to the hotel was closed. The pool is gorgeous but in another building which requires another elevator to be taken at the ground floor. A bit of a hassle…The gym is basic but good. Gets pretty busy and dirty at the end of the day. There are many nice restaurants nearby and even a small Proxi shop. There is a bus stop 1min away, that goes to the Terrace du Port. And the taxi conveniently dropped me off right in front of the hotel. The Mucem and Cosquer caves visible from the hotel, are a bit pleasant 25min walk away and the well worth the visit. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and would come again if the above issues were resolved.

The hotel is the only black point of this hotel the welcome we received from ”Samuel”, a hateful and disgraceful receptionist who has shown condescension. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. With a commercial gesture at 80€ finally.

Check-in was delayed by late preparation for house services. The front desk receptionists were inactive to tell us when the room was ready. The amenity was good and clean that deserved to have positive feedback. The hotel was located next to a beautiful stadium and attractive to football fans.

The hotel is very comfortable and the room is very spacious. Very clean. The most is the mini bar available that is free.

The location is about 20 minutes drive from Laogang. It is only suitable for self-driving tour. There is no parking fee and the parking space is sufficient. The environment is quiet because it is safer. There are not many types of breakfast, but the Europeans are basically complete.
