We love this place. We have noticed it has a weird odor in the main/lobby area - smelled a bit like sewage. Otherwise we love this hotel!

Good place to stay, kind of chilly in the inside but overall a good hotel. Would have been rated 5 stars if the rooms had a microwave and the vending machine on our particular floor was working

Couldn't use the tv because the remote control didn't work. Couldn't call for assistance because we couldn't get the phone to work either.

The property was okay. However, my room door was left open, and when I reported it to the front desk, they stated “it was normal”, which made me feel uneasy initially about entering my room. Additionally, I found someone else's shirt in my room, possibly from a previous guest, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. The shop is closed Monday and Tuesday and the restaurant at the hotel open later so I didn’t get to experience them. I will say the shuttle to the amphitheater was the only saving grace about this hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed because we were going to a concert at the Amphitheater, getting transportation to and from the concert was extremely helpful. 4 stars for cleanliness because there was a lot of hair in the bathroom when we checked in and that grossed me out a bit. Otherwise everything was great

Attended a concert at the amphitheater. Very limited options for food when we returned. We had a couple slices of pizza which was not good.

We had a bad experience with check-in. Our room smelled like smoke. When we asked to change it, we were told no. They offered to spray and ionize the room. The cleaning staff later shared the ionizers were broken and were on order.
The manager lied to us about that part. He was also very sexist in his references to the "cleaning women" and "House men". He was very argumentative and inhospitable.
The cleaning person who helped us was amazing; she helped us talk to the manager, get us a new room, and even followed up to make sure our room was ok.

The toilet didn’t flush. staff at the front desk were not friendly, no coffee in the room had to ask. elevators and halls smelled of smoke. Very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel.
