The hotel location is the best sea view room in Mauritius and the best and best sea view. The best beach in the sea. There is no sandy hotel in the east. We weren’t expecting to stay here - it was booked by the tour company as part of a tour. I am so glad they chose this place. From arrival the staff could not do enough to make us feel welcome; everything had a personal touch. We were upgraded to a lodge with its own pool, secluded in the forest. The room was very comfortable and had everything needed to make the stay perfect. Very relaxing sitting on the terrace watching the wildlife or having a dip in the pool. The food was amazing too, the samosa bar snacks, very tasty breakfast and the evening meal were all full of flavour and very well made. We watched the sunset at the view bar with the large bats flying round. We would have happily stayed here longer, we were so impressed with the resort

They are just so friendly, helpful and because we are repeaters, there are those who remember us and greet us like we are Family. Jennifer, I truly miss your “detox smoothies” at breakfast seeing your lovely smile when arriving at breakfast. Please bring back the fresh smoothies! Christine, your soft-boiled eggs are perfect, thank you. Shyama, as always smiling, the epitome of efficiency and she runs Infinity Blue like a well-oiled machine, nothing is too much for her and the Team (Vanessa) at Infinity Blu. You can just see by our comments above that the service is of a very high standard, and that the management of the hotel has a vested interest in making this a place where you truly want to come back to. Chef Harjeet from Zafarani, you did not disappoint, we just loved your curry, scrumptious! Deepa, we missed you at Heritage Golf Club, you always make us feel so special. Apologies in advance if we have not mentioned so of the superb staff and management by name, it is not intentional. What we think is amazing about this hotel is that despite it being nearly full, it never feels crowded or cramped and we never struggled to find a perfect table or seat at the bar. There are so many areas to eat, drink and relax. This is truly remarkable. Thank you Team Heritage Awali for another truly memorable experience.

This time I came to Mauritius to stay in two hotels, this one feels more cost-effective. The room is larger and the service is better than the strict selection. The hotel also has a golf course and a castle restaurant, which can be visited by a battery car at the front desk. I gave a lady a hat and two bowls of instant noodles in each room. The disadvantage is that there are not many varieties of breakfast and the taste is not good enough, which is incomparable with the strict selection. The Italian restaurant at dinner was ok, the beach bar was lively and there were band performances, but nothing delicious except fruit.

It is an ordinary bed and breakfast, and it is much worse than the photos. There is no security at the front desk. You need to contact the landlord in advance. No one will check in and check out. Every day at noon, people come to clean. The kitchen is complete, the supermarket is not far away, and the environment is very quiet in the community. Living on the first floor, the lighting is poor, and there are many bugs. Going to chase dolphins, Bird Park and Mount Mona is particularly close, and staying one night or two nights is barely ok.
