The atmosphere of the hotel is very good, warm and warm and many guests. But the room was really old, the door was painted on a wooden board, and the door card was demagnetized every day. Free parking and gate security are in place like all hotels in Maodao. We were just in time for the hurricane. We couldn't go to sea in rainy days. The hotel also had a lot of entertainment facilities. Table tennis, football, sand, volleyball, and pool. The WIFI signal in the room is very weak, only the balcony signal is very strong. I wonder if the facility was affected by the hurricane. The beach is downstairs, but the WIFI signal is very strong. There are many schools of fish not far from snorkeling, and basic water sports facilities are free of charge. The staff is very friendly, the environment in the yard is beautiful and quiet, it is much better than the salt selection we stayed behind, it is worth recommending ~

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all inclusive. The family room has one large bed and two small beds, suitable for children. The hotel is located on the southwest edge of the island. It is recommended to rent a car at the airport and drive by yourself. Parking is very convenient.

The hotel is in ebene, similar to the high-tech park, it is convenient to the office, the hotel breakfast is OK, there is not a gym, but the facilities are more practical. Parking is very convenient with lots of parking spaces. The service staff is enthusiastic and many needs can be resolved in a timely manner.

We just returned from Victoria for 2. We have travelled to AI around the world and without question, this comes out on top. Accommodation was outstanding, superb bathroom, walk in shower with 2 rain showers plus a normal one. Room is a really good size. Fridge, tea/coffee restocked daily and all items in the fridge are included in AI. Salime kept our room spotless and was extremely pleasant. The staff are absolutely brilliant and very well trained, they are all a real credit to the resort and management should be very proud of all of them. They all meet you with a smiling hello how are you today and are so willing to help. We ate at Morris Beef, Casa and the buffet. All of which were extremely good with the staff at Morris Beef being exceptional. The buffet was extremely good with different themes every night, lots of choices so there would always be something for everyone. The beach is amazing and kept very clean and is literally steps from the rooms. Plenty of sun beds with and without shade and the swim up pool bar has seats in the water. There wasn’t many different types of fish snorkelling from the beach but we did the free snorkelling trip twice and the amount of fish we saw was amazing. There is nothing negative tosay about our stay and we’re already looking at booking for next year. There are too many staff to mention all however, special mention to Salime, Vimal, Anju and Rakesh for making our stay so much pleasure. Thank you so much Victoria for 2, we will be back.

First thing the staff are brilliant, Victor, Innes and Joshua to name a few. The hotel is brilliant, starting with reception and porters on arrival to the cleaners and restaurant bar staff. The room was very clean but we paid for an ocean view which 1416 is partial view. We had unpacked so did not take up the offer to move rooms, so they sent up canapés and sparkling wine with a complimentary candlelit dinner at the golf club. Italian restaurant is first class along with the golf club, black rock the steak was tough. The main restaurant has plenty of choice and the two ladies on the egg station on breakfast are first class. Looking at previous negatives, there are 50 sun beds round the pool with more round the sand area along with the beach. The sea is not clear due to the river but go further out it is and the rack the seaweed up every day.

The beach of Mao Ball really doesn't want to hold too high expectations. This is the third home in Mao Ball. The service and the first two are really incomparable, because the former one lived in a bubble and served too much. There is no comparison here, you can only say that the price is OK, after all, this price is cheaper in the hair ball. To praise the bath water here, because the bubble is open air, so the bath water is cold at night, no matter where the bath water is good in the morning and evening, it is close to the SUPER U flacq shop. Go to the hair ball and try to avoid Sunday. We had 2 weeks of this trip, which was wasted. The public holiday supermarket of Zhoumao Maoshu was closed, the hotel was closed, and the project did not have to play.

I have taken a while to write this as it is difficult to put my finger on what wasnt quite right to give it a higher rating. Maybe its the Mauritian way but this want the luxury holiday we expected to end our trip We booked a 5 night stay with late check out to end our South Africa city and then Safari trip and the plan was total relaxation on the beach. The staff in the main were great and how we were greeted at check in was brilliant and we thought this is going to be amazing. As we checked in the y advised we were here for 6 nights we explained no its 5 nights but late check out due to late flight ( so maybe that's why they had 6 from our agent) We had arrived late so they said go to buffet and get some food before it closes and then they will take us to our rooms - they were taking the luggage there for us. The buffet was good considering it was towards the end of the evening there was still lots of choice. We then were shown our privileged rooms, which were nice and in the quiet adult only area but not significantly different furniture wise and size to other rooms. We then went to the bar in the same area for a drink and to chill before bed , this is also where the al la carte restaurant is that adults only can use - so we booked in for the following night. So one of our reasons for booking this hotel over others was that our husbands did not want to have to wear long trousers to Diner, dress shorts yes but long trousers no and the agent advise that this was OK here. And whilst most guest did make the effort it was disappointing to see some guests in beach/swim shorts and a t shirt in the evening rather than something more suitable and in other hotels this has not been allowed in areas other than the buffet, we didn't want formal but we did expect a standard. We didn't go to the al la carte again as one of our dishes was cold when service and limited choice to suit our party of 4, one meat, one fish and one vegetarian. Now here is why my rating dropped further, as it is described as all inclusive and I appreciate that does not include premium brands but what did not make sense is that you had a full menu but for AI could only pick starred drinks and some of those were more expensive if you were not on all inclusive than the ones not starred. Also you could not pay the difference to top up to a drink not included like we have in other AI's - You could eat at another restaurant near the main pool and for this you were given a credit toward the cost and paid the extra depending on what you ordered but if you used your credit you could not nip and get something from the buffet too Breakfast in the buffet was brilliant with lots of choice and they would cook you eggs or an omelette fresh. There were only 6 sun loungers by the adult only pool so these went quite quickly, there were loungers on the beach and large sun beds and usually these were available but then the hotel didn't seem busy so unsure if that is always the
