Great place with a fabulous host who runs a beautiful lodge. The gardens are immaculate as is the pool. Location to all 'must see' places in Mpumalanga is perfect. Great to see a lodge that has managed to survive the COVID famine thriving. I hope this lodge goes from strength to strength and we will be back.

My stay was good and well managed. The one thing that stood out for me was the fact that the owner is hands on and tries by all means to ensure all guest are comfortable and at peace. Mpumalanga is a province with many tourists attractions, one can get to enjoy all with a stay at Thokozani lodge. T

We will definitely book here again. The place is beautiful with large trees and gardens, and peaceful atmosphere. Holgar is an excellent host. It would be a suitable venue for a small event as there is a large open space and even a swimming pool.

Great stay, Nice houselord. The breakfast was really great, different kinds of Bread, yoghurt. The garden is magical, with Seats and tables to sit. There is even a bbq for every house. We can recommend this.

My second time staying hear and I will return again. Host is friendly and helpfull and will always try and make you feel comfortable. For the price you cant get better. I dont like guesthouses where I can hear my neighbours every move. Just for that this place is lovely.

This is an exceptional lodge tended with great care by the owner who personally looks after the guests and is always happy to share his knowledge of the area. The pool is especially lovely and is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens. Wonderfully tranquil.

Absolutely beautiful surrounding to stay, breathtakingly exquisite! Service fantastic and good value for money. Holger is an exceptionally good host. Perfect self catering unit, with lovely decor. Will definitely go back again!

What a lucky find we made. We stayed 4 nights before entering Kruger. The host and staff could not have been better. First off, I've not seen such a wonderful setting in ages; such beautiful grounds. We spent hours with a tree book just walking around to identify all the plantings,..then to the pool. We had a small problem with vehicle, but the host made everything perfect. We are in Kruger now, but plan to extend our visit and return to Thokozani and tour the beautiful region. Thanks Holger and staff!

Being told that I booked for three people just on my arrival when in actual fact the booking was for four people dampened my mood and spirit - if it was possible, I could have checked out immediately. Nothing could ever fix that irrespective of how it is presented - because it makes me look like a liar and further it removes the same trust I had with the establishment.
