I had this place booked by my agent who said this is a great place. Location wise it's decent but I had the hotel booked for 4 nights but I couldn't stay here more than a night. Had to check out early and book another place which was million times better. The hotel is okay and the staff are helpful they tries to clean the room but it still wasn't enough and there was something on the beds as as soon as we came in the room our bodies were itching and it's not a place to stay especially if you are traveling from a western country as the cleanliness and everything was not according to any 3 star hotels I have ever stayed in. I would rate the hotel more of a 1 star. Even though I checked out early the hotel didn't provide a refund and clearly didn't even care. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL IF ANYONES LOOKING TO BOOK THIS.

The absence of adequate customer service coupled with significant communication hurdles was disappointing. The rooms were unacceptably dirty and fell short of basic hotel standards in various aspects. While my stay was only due to last-minute circumstances, I won't opt for this accommodation in the future.

Lack of customer service and massive communication barrier. Rooms are very dirty and below average in all aspects for a hotel expectations. The only reason for stay was last minute but next time it’s not something that I will choose to stay at.

I travelled to medina and stayed at this hotel. Although it looks grand from outside and downstairs, the bedrooms and bathroom leave alot to be desired. Our bathroom was very small, dirty, in state of desrepair! When i asked for room to be cleaned at reception, no one bothered to do it the whole time we stayed!! The bathrooms do not get checked for restocking of toilet rolls, changing of towels or shampoo!! The room had not been hoovered or cleaned prior to our booking in either! The hotel is situated in heart of holy medina, few mins walk from masjid al nawabi, you would have expected better conditions. I would not recommend staying here.
