Eden Roc Miami Beach

The hotel boasts numerous public facilities, including a spacious and pleasant swimming pool, lobby bar, and bar. The rooms are quite large, and the sea and garden views are beautiful. Unfortunately, the room amenities are rather old. Overall, it met my expectations.

The minibar was overcharged; it would automatically deduct money if you touched it. The hotel room didn't have a refrigerator; its "fridge" was the minibar. Each drink had a sensor underneath. They promised manual checks, but still charged me at checkout. It took three days to get a refund after I emailed them. The hotel itself has a great view! The sea view and balcony are undeniable. The details of the decor were lacking; the walls were a bit dirty, but overall it wasn't a big problem. It's great value for money, and the location is excellent—I love it! The resort fee on Ctrip is inaccurate. It was $45 per day before tax upon arrival, and there's a public parking lot right next door for $20 a day with unlimited access—it's incredibly cheap!
