這是我見過的最差五星酒店，酒店走廊地毯又舊又臟，上面很多污漬，而且還有很多紙屑等垃圾，四天都沒人收拾。服務很差，第一天要求多給一床被子，結果打了三次電話送來兩次都是被單，最後聯繫攜程出面幫忙解決才送來了被子。他們還和攜程撒謊説找不出厚被子。我住過無數酒店是攜程最早一批用户，頭一次寫差評，頭一次遇上這麼差的酒店。要不是不能退訂，我就不住那了。感覺他們不愁客源，你愛住不住。

East is very central for shopping and good restaruants. The rooms are spacious and resonable. My only complaint would be a 10$ charge for holding packages.

Everything was perfect except we didn’t receive any of soaps and shampoo before arrival and we noticed after walking around in our white socks that our socks were pretty dirty after walking around

No complimentary bottles of water,No view..you will see the people from the property in front day and night if you don’t close the curtains… forget about the Miami views
They will charge you for everything and will make you pay a fees for everything including the mini fridge fee…ridiculous!!!!!!
The only positive is that the food at the restaurant is good!

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and it is located near many stores and restaurants. The hotel offers many amenities such as gym classes and training, bicycles for use, and pool access. This is my go to hotel when I stop into miami.

It was a great stay and the room was fabulous! The restaurant was delicious and beds were super comfy! The whole layout was awesome. We had a small hiccup when we arrived, and that the room was not clean that they gave us, but they switched us to another identical room, which was clean, and the vacation was seamless from there!
Also, the gym was great and all common areas were very stylish and beautiful. We will definitely be back!
