酒店老闆服務態度很好，住的房間乾淨整潔。價格不貴，離綿陽職業學院很近，步行幾分鐘。考試需要訂的房間，老闆還同意了免費延時。

廁所異味太重，蚊蟲多。要噴很多清新劑才勉強壓下去。衞生環境較差，床體塌陷，床單有不明痕跡，沒有專用一次性拖鞋

以前住過很多次，感覺性價比高，後來好像換老闆了被傷過一次就不再去了，這次因為前一天不滿意就再去試試沒想到被暴擊了。去了説沒有獨立廁所，要不加十塊錢換個有廁所的，講價加了五元成交，後來看詳情也沒有説公共衞浴呀，結果後來想洗澡沒有熱水也沒有沐浴露洗頭膏。澡沒洗成疊加被欺騙的感覺可想而知再也不敢去了。
