Due to changes in the itinerary, Ctrip said that the hotel would not provide refunds. It is recommended that everyone try not to use Ctrip in the future, especially for international air tickets and hotels, Ctrip will not refund them. Clean fresh smelling room . Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great for a family of 5 with pickey eaters . Looking to book again soon .

Comfortable beds, excellent customer service. Some noisiness and our room got double booked so a stranger walked in at one point, which was scary - although it was okay in the end. Excellent value for a room that fits our family plus a yummy breakfast.

Nice and clean, breakfast is good. We love the fireplace outdoor. However, the pool is not heated.

Beautiful hotel, we had the clean pool to ourselves. Front desk was always helpful and very nice. Fire pit at night was very cool. Breakfast had a great variety and a very kind gentleman there to help with anything. Overall we were very happy with our stay!
