The service is fast and efficient. Staff are so accommodating. It is so clean and comfortable. The food is just nice.

The front desk at check in was very pleasant and professional. The room was clean and had great amenities. Great value for sure. The only thing would be breakfast should be served until 10 and there was no host/hostess in the breakfast room keeping track of when things needed refilling etc and so a few things were empty.

I love it … it was my work trip when i booked room in this hotel .. good room neat and tidy but it will be more good if they add more items in breakfast 😊

This is a clean, comfortable, affordable hotel with nice, basic, ammenities with a kind friendly staff. It's a little far removed from the town but not too far to make it too inconvenient.

Amazing staff, very clean and a great location near lots of amenities. Plus, they have a complimentary hot breakfast which you rarely see anywhere. Rooms also have a fridge, microwave and coffee pot so you can stay affordably with the whole family. By far the best hotel in Midland!

Staff was friendly, rooms are clean and room size was large. Only negative was the TV was not great quality. But the tv worked as it should.

This place is older but very well maintained! Very very clean!!!! Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay again!

I’ve been staying at the Midland Inn and Suites every year for about 4 years now. The Continental breakfast is always enjoyable, eggs, hash browns, cereal, yogurt, breads and bagels, juices, sausages. Overall, this is pretty decent in comparison to other hotels free breakfast. This year was disappointing, I recently saw the new charges applied to guests who loose their hotel key cards. It’s a $3.00 fee for each card lost. I think this is a bit much, we all know these cards get damaged or lost. I am guessing the cost are minimal to replace these flimsy cards. I think they could absorb these costs and not the guest. We stayed for a few nights, and the biggest issue was the loud noise coming from the heater/condenser unit in the wall. The motor fan was failing and the noise was extremely loud. It would come on every so often during the night. You could not get a good nights sleep. So, I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, hoping to get a night discounted. But, all that was offered is an another room to move into. I didn’t take the offer and unplugged the unit itself, we only had one more night and to move all our stuff was too much after a long day. Also, an explanation. The units are ten years old so most are failing. If you are aware of this, fix the problem or don’t put guests in the room. Other than the major complaint I made, the staff is always polite. Rooms are always clean, supplies stocked.

The A/C-Heat, sounded like a jet plane taking off. We have to sleep with no heat in the room.
