Hygiene: Too bad and needs improvement

The hygiene is very bad, the pillowcases in the suite are very dark. There is still a lot of garbage that has not been cleaned up

A hotel with a very poor experience. The front desk staff are very unprofessional and have absolutely no quality of star hotel. There was a pair of disposable slippers in the room, but the room was not cleaned. There were yellow stains and hair on the bed. I contacted the staff and said sorry, and asked if I would like to go to the front desk to change the room? The large stains on the mirror in the new room were not wiped. The attitude of the staff is very cold and blunt. The hotel environment is good, the restaurant staff is more enthusiastic, and I hope to strengthen staff training and hygiene.

several aspects 1. The room is very large and spacious. There was no big bed room at the time of booking. When I arrived, I found that I could make a reservation and made up for the difference of dozens of yuan. 2. The overall sanitation is very good. I have also told the customer service that the sound of the KTV downstairs is very loud when I go to bed at night. It is difficult to sleep in bed. I don’t know where the noise is coming from.

應該是明光市最好的酒店了。周圍環境開闊視野好，前台與餐廳等的服務員熱情友好，酒店院子很大停車很方便。房間乾淨整潔，入住舒適。早餐品種較多，晚餐可以單點味道不錯。唯一希望改進的是，前廳配備服務生給接一下行李就更好。 一個小插曲是，進屋後被牆上的提醒“必須戴防毒面具”（圖6）給嚇了一跳，難道一進屋就要趕緊“戴防毒面具”嗎？又看到房間裏的一本書《文字的力量》不僅詫異，這就是文字的力量嗎？😅

酒店挺好的，就是進去後停車都沒人引導，服務有缺失，晚上在酒店點菜吃飯。點了個煮乾絲，端上來一嘗齁鹹，招呼服務員。結果廚師説等會兒給弄。等了好幾分鐘在上第二道菜的時候才拿走，加水又煮了一下，才可以吃。結果第二道菜點的是鐵板牛仔骨，這哪是牛仔骨，就是冷凍薄牛排做的。剛開始我還認為是調理肉，好難吃，這個質量和這個酒店有點不配。早餐還可以，挺豐富，床墊軟硬適中，挺好，住的最高層，晚上下雨刮風，挺好在店風聲雨聲，挺嚇人的。外邊風景還可以。價格有點貴，在這個城市真的貴了。

前台小吳非常專業，我帽子忘記帶了，小吳主動聯繫並且圓滿解決。 酒店環境很棒，對小朋友很友好，早餐性價比也高。 總之就是推薦推薦推薦！

房間挺大，外景不錯。雖然保持了開元的整體水準，但總覺得哪裡不太對。 也許是佈局比較奇怪🤔區域功能太多，區域進門不是酒店，酒店前台也藏在一邊。
