隨便訂的民宿沒想到超出了我的預期了誒！環境很不錯配套設施那些也完善，這麼便宜的房間還有投影儀嗚嗚而且房東大叔炒雞好！我們幾個女孩子比較晚到還有點找不到地方，大叔立馬跑來接我們還幫忙拎行李，然後向我們介紹了周邊，説有什麼需要的聯繫他他搞定哈哈哈。下次來福州還會來住這一家

房間乾淨整潔，老闆人比較和善，剛開始走錯了樓棟，老闆馬上趕來帶路。房間樓層比較高，潔白的紗窗外是整個福州高新區，這種鳥瞰的上帝視角真的絕了，特別是到了晚上，有一種在上海外灘東方明珠塔上的感覺，這個景，這個價位，感覺賺到了。。樓下整個商業街各種奶茶店，火鍋店，便利店，網咖都有，而且交通方便，不遠就是地鐵口。加了老闆微信，下次還來這家。

公寓樓內的民宿，環境臟亂差。有廚房沒廚具，微波爐啥的都無，想熱個外賣都不行。。電視沒有，長者不玩手機就沒有娛樂。沒有房間清潔，住了四天，一次房間衞生都沒有做。床品潔具就是幾十元旅館的水平。總之不會再住。

1.是個soho一個公共門裡面分割了兩個房間，房間隔音很差
2.門有問題很難打開
3.人員一直催促問什麼時候離開，明明寫了到第二天2點
總結：體驗感很差 浴巾是那種一次性的拖鞋就沒見過質量那麼差的拖鞋

我衹能説這是我在福州住過的最舒服的地方，景色一流，視野開闊，百寸巨幕，老闆給開了會員，看了一部電影，省了買電影票的錢。樓下的步行街各種美食小吃都有。很好的一次體驗。

怎麼説 有史以來住的最垃圾的一個 。衞生很不乾淨 桌子的抽屜裏還有上個也許是上上個留下的不可言喻的垃圾，被單枕頭套都舊舊的。我在外面套了一次性床單回來身上還過敏了，兩個人都過敏 不是我一個！過去一次性拖鞋沒有，還是後面送的，送的很慢，還有蚊子。浴室沒有隔斷，水洗出來可容易摔倒。反正就是環境很差，大家別來 避雷。
