nice little business hotel. multi storey parking available at a cost but not suitable if you have lots of luggage as there is only stairs access for the carpark and no drop off point for the hotel.

Great location. Just opposite to North exit Mishiami station. Breakfast was included with various choices and beverage. Easy automatic check in and check out with machine.

Good price, and good location. It is very convenient to railway station. Hotel room is clean. Room is pretty small, but good for staying for short period of time.

Although the hotel is situated next to the train station (north side), one needs to walk around the railway station to get to the south side. One cannot walk from the north side of the station through to the south side. The stations are not connected. The hotel does provide free shuttle bus service to the south side of the station. Breakfast spread is sufficient and the staff ensures food is always available. It can be crowded during breakfast as the hotel is quite popular with the locals.

Bit old facilities, acceptable size if single in staying a room. But good front desk services. Only with 5 mins walk if getting out from Mishima station ! Nice place for travel!

I asked for a cancellation 20mins late due to timezone and hotel refused to do so. What a bad experience.

I checked the flushing of the toilet and found nothing. There was a lot of odor when the water was turned on. I checked the water level again but found nothing. You can only report it to the front desk and invite the opening staff to take a look. Finally, she changed me to room 826 and tried boiling and draining water. Afterwards, I ended up not using the shower facilities in this hotel, I just washed my face and brushed my teeth for a while! Anyway, I’m going to a big hotel in Tokyo tomorrow, so why not take a shower there? Ha ha! Follow-up: Finally, a reminder to the next guest, when you come to Mishima Station, remember to separate the south gate and the north gate. If you make a mistake, it’s like me, who has to go around in a circle with heavy luggage and go up the incline to the hotel! It’s quite painful!

The price/performance ratio is very high. Although the breakfast variety is not particularly large, the taste is OK. The hotel has Chinese service staff. You can see Mount Fuji from the hotel corridor, and the hotel has a free bus to Mount Fuji (Toyoko Hotel Fujisan Branch).

I usually stay at Toyoko Inn when I come to Japan. I am also a member of Toyoko Inn. It is only 3 minutes away from JR Mishima Station. It is very convenient to take the bus from the South Exit to Kawaguchiko and Yamanakako. It is also very convenient to take the Shinkansen to Tokyo. As a transfer station, it should be the best choice. However, we did not go to Kawaguchiko. It is a good transfer from Atami Shuzenji to Yokohama. But it costs 150 yen toll for the north and south exits. It is not suitable and inconvenient.
