It was very good. The room was also clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was also polite. It's close to the station, so I felt safe using it. I want to use it again.

Very convenient location a few blocks from the metro station and right in front of the education park. There’s a parking lot behind the hotel and the hotel will validate parking. Decent room size (for Japan) and good wifi

We stayed three nights in a king room. Staff were friendly and helpful and English was understood and spoken. The room was of a good size, the bed comfortable and the bathroom functional. Internet was fast and free. Breakfast was a mix of some western and japanese dishes. No fresh fruit, but yoghurt was available. All in all a satisfying experience. The hotel was within walking distance of the major sites. Would stay here again.

It's a bit of an older hotel, but the decoration is very elegant, the bathrooms are new, and the infrastructure has a sense of age. The only pity is that there is no charging device. It's already 2024...

The parking lot was spacious and easy to park in. The parking fee was 500 yen for 24 hours, which was a relief. Check-out was at 11:00, so we had plenty of time to get to Kairakuen.

I was invited to a year-end party by a friend who lives in Mito, so I traveled all the way from Tokyo and stayed here. The room was a twin room, and the bed and bathroom were clean. I had a Japanese breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor, which came with Mito's specialty natto, and coffee after the meal. It was in the city, but quiet.

Overall it was good, with the convenience of being close to the station, the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness. I plan to use it again. The only thing I would say is that next time I will bring my own nightwear, even though they provide it (this is my personal opinion).
