We arrived at 4 pm and checked in after 7 pm. The front desk said that the hotel system has crashed, everyone can't check in, and they can't give a time when it can be restored. The location of the hotel is very good, you can walk to the aquarium, but the room facilities are outdated and need to be updated. The toilet was always beeping and the shower water wouldn't leak. Regardless of the check-in waiting time, the hotel is not bad in the popular area of Montrey, and the service staff are warm and friendly. Catering is good.
