I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. First of all, the view from my room was nice. Also the staff member who checked me in was friendly, welcoming.

The hotel's location and price are excellent. The only issue is that rooms facing the street can be quite noisy at night. Perhaps it's because we got a special rate and were given a room on the lowest floor (third floor). It was particularly loud at night, especially on weekend evenings! On the plus side, it's right across from Chinatown, which is very friendly to Chinese guests.

The front desk staff were rude and had a poor attitude. We simply asked a question about parking, but they seemed unwilling to help or provide any additional information. The hotel itself was also very noisy. There was loud party music playing until 3 AM, and construction noise started as early as 6:30 AM, making it impossible to get proper rest. Additionally, the bathroom ceiling was dripping. We called the front desk and were told someone would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.

We stayed for two separate nights, and some of the rooms were well-maintained. However, for some reason, both nights we were assigned rooms next to the elevator, and the constant sound of the elevator going up and down kept us from sleeping well. The air conditioning was also difficult to turn off. There's a 747 bus stop directly across the street that goes straight to the airport, but there's no ticket machine there, which is a bit inconvenient.

Loved our stay at this hotel ! Fantastic location, we had a very comfortable stay. The room was a bit worn down but it didn't matter, we loved the design of it and the furniture in the room.

The hotel is great for the price and exceeded all expectations. It's located close to the old town and Chinatown, and just a 15-minute walk from the train station (which was super convenient for me)! Excellent value for money!

Decent for business travel only. Nothing fancy. The housekeeping staff was a bit weird; they literally told me in English that they don't speak English, however the people at the front desk were very professional and polite.
