The price is low because it doesn't have a private beach and is located near the canal, not the beach, but it's a five-minute walk away. 2. 24-hour hot water, fast internet, toilet, and mattress are all good. The generator often goes out, but it only takes five minutes to recover. 3. Safety. This place is near the Morondava hotel district, with more than a dozen hotels on this street and the streets full of white French people, so safety isn't a problem. Local authorities have cracked down a few times, and armed soldiers check IDs on the road. Because the hotel industry contributes significantly to the region, robbery is unpopular. 4. The location is great, with restaurants, shops, massages, and everything in between. It's a short walk to the beach, and there are plenty of rickshaws, making everything convenient. As for the cons: It's located near the canal, and fishermen go out to sea in the middle of the night, which can be a bit noisy! Tips: 1. In Morondava, your biggest enemies are mosquitoes and bedbugs. Be sure to bring mosquito repellent! 2/There is a fishing village here, which is the legendary fishing village where lobsters are free. When the fishing boats come back in the morning, you can take a small boat to the fishing village in ten minutes. Lobsters, grouper, eels, all pure wild, and mantis shrimps are free, you can pick them up from the ground yourself🤤🤤, 3/Brothers, bring some small gadgets and jewelry that girls like from China, there are plenty of them on Taobao. Madagascar is a place where goods are extremely scarce. If you give small gadgets to the girls here, there is a high probability that something will happen🤤🤤.

The room was dark and the cleanliness was poor. I booked an expensive room but was assigned the cheapest one. There was no dedicated receptionist at the front desk, and they didn't speak English, making communication impossible. Try to avoid staying at this hotel.

Overall it was good. They accommodated my 11:30 PM check-in without any problems. However, the room was humid and there were a lot of mosquitoes. There was a mosquito net so it was fine, but there were better accommodations nearby, so I only stayed one night.
