"Room ac didnt work and made noises in the middle of the night. Shower spray was all over. Light didnt work and then on fixing after complaining flickered through night. Wifi didnt work. Laundry had to be followed up multiple times to get back. Fixtures missing in bathroom."

Mr. Gabriel puts is incredibly resourceful and passionate—whether it’s organizing safaris, cooking local cuisine, or curating authentic experiences.
