Aapple696The room was clean and tidy, with a well-thought-out layout, and a small balcony offering nice mountain views, including paragliders. Facilities: Although the bathroom was not large, it was very convenient to use, showing great attention to detail in its design. The breakfast was quite rich and the food was healthy. There's also a communal dining area with self-heating facilities, so you can buy food and heat it up yourself. The owner was very hospitable, proactively asking about our stay, which made us feel right at home.

IIzzaPizzaHotel was located conveniently near the station, just a 10min walk from Interlaken West. Plenty of shops and amenities in the area as well. Even our paragliding activity was located a stone’s throw away so that was extra convenient for us. Service by the staff was excellent too. And there is also the cutest cat in the garden house!

GGuest UserSwitzerland was the most surprising stop on my trip, and this hotel was no exception. **Cleanliness:** Extremely clean!!! It felt spotless, and while you could tell it's an older building, it was just wonderful. **Environment:** It's less than an 8-minute walk from Interlaken West Station, and there's a supermarket right downstairs. My room even had a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains. **Facilities:** There's a fridge in the common area, and my room had a small skylight where you could even see the stars. **Service:** The lady at the front desk explained everything clearly and in detail.

TTW2025Everything is good except few technical problems in my room. I think the room has just been newly renovated and not yet running smoothly, there were problems the kitchen door, wifi signal, TV signal. But staffs were very helpful to try fixing the problems.

There was a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious, making me feel incredibly pampered first thing in the morning. Fresh ingredients were used, and the seasoning was just right – I couldn't help but overeat! The dining area had a bright and clean atmosphere, and the staff were very attentive. Thanks to them, I was able to start my day in a great mood. You often see reviews mentioning 'hotels with delicious breakfast,' but this place truly lives up to that. It's a hotel I'd want to stay at again just to enjoy the breakfast. Very satisfied.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very carefully arranged, very clean and comfortable. It feels like a hotel run by a couple. Although the scale is not very large, the experience of staying is excellent. Our room is on the 3rd floor. There is a large outdoor balcony. You can see the tourists who play paragliding on the mountain. Flying in the sky, very happy, There is coffee and tea in the room, and there is also a pot for boiling water. The warm and thoughtful service of the proprietress feels very warm.

GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel for six nights during the New Year period, and the experience was truly impressive. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the railway station. Our room was exceptionally clean and offered a beautiful riverside view, making the stay relaxing and memorable. The in-room facilities were excellent, including drinkable tap water, a coffee machine, and LED-lit mirrors, which added extra comfort and convenience. What truly stood out was the sincere and attentive service. Special thanks to Mr. Eduardo for his genuine care and professionalism. He listened carefully to our requests and went above and beyond to assist us during our honeymoon. His thoughtful message at the beginning of our journey as a married couple touched our hearts deeply. A great hotel creates a strong first impression, but heartfelt service builds lasting loyalty. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to friends and family in Thailand.

GGuest UserPlease note: This hotel strictly enforces a 3 PM check-in time, so plan your arrival accordingly. If you arrive early, don't worry – you can store your luggage and go explore. Location: It's about a 10-minute walk from the West Station. There's a bus stop right outside, but buses only come every half hour, so plan your public transport carefully. Facilities: This is a typical wooden lodge, which means soundproofing isn't great. The wooden floors creak so much it feels like the whole room vibrates when you walk. You can clearly hear people walking upstairs, downstairs, and doors closing in the hallway. Service: The staff were very enthusiastic and all seemed quite young. I booked a twin room but was given a double. When I went to the front desk, the girl realized she couldn't separate the beds, so she gave us a room upstairs, which I guess was an upgrade. The room was very spacious. Cleanliness: All the hotels I've stayed in Switzerland have been impeccably clean. However, the water here – when boiled, it had limescale and residue. I had to spit out the plain water I drank! Breakfast was small but good. I loved the toast with butter, and the large bread with salami and cheese. Swiss boiled eggs are absolutely delicious!!

HHiyoubWe expected a bad experience when we looked at the Google review but was pleasantly surprised by the actual room presented to us. We had a quadruple room and saw a near-new bathroom, in contrast of the photos we saw on Google review. Apart from the bathroom, the room itself is a bit of a disappointment, the one of the bed frames were faulty and one of us had to sleep with her hips lowered to the floor. And the other facilities were outdated, but they were at least clean. Our overall experience was pleasant, but similar to most things in Switzerland, the price was a little steep, but probably one of the cheaper hotels in the area.
