Mountain View Hotels in Chifeng

A very nice and clean hotel in a quiet town. It was fun to stroll around the huge plaza right next door, in front of the local government complex, where all kinds of locals exercise in the early evening during the warmer days of year. We were happily surprised by the quality of the breakfast, very professionally prepared and delicious, probably by the same kitchen of the nice restaurant in the hotel.

We chose this Zhefei Hotel for our trip with friends, and it felt like great value for money. First of all, the service staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; everyone smiled and assisted us with our luggage, making things much easier for us. The room was also very clean – the bedding was practically brand new, which made us feel safe and comfortable. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area, which was very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel also has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, which was very convenient. I highly recommend staying here! Everyone should check it out!

This is my second time visiting Ulan Butong to see the snow. I arrived at the hotel without any trouble. The hotel's location and environment are great; it's very close to the scenic area and also convenient for nearby supermarkets and restaurants. The room facilities and hygiene are also good. The heating is on, there's air conditioning, and it's kept very clean. The front desk service was also very professional and excellent, they told us the best way to enjoy our visit. The only thing I'd mention is that the heating was a bit too strong and couldn't be adjusted.

Perfectly comfortable! It hasn't been long since my last visit to Changdiao Qisuo, and it's still as warm and cozy as ever! This time, I came with friends for a photography project in Ulan Butong, and we booked two separate rooms for a five-day stay. The owner even upgraded us to executive rooms based on availability and room type. The rooms had everything we needed, the WiFi was very stable, and there were even charging stations outside the hotel entrance, which is great for new energy vehicles. I also learned this time that the hotel uses a snow machine on the lawn outside to create a better snowy atmosphere, but they were concerned about potential noise disturbing our sleep, so they specially arranged for the machine to stop running at night – how thoughtful! They also made sure the heating was turned up high; even though it was over -20 degrees Celsius outside, it was warm as spring indoors. Since we were staying for quite a while, we also tried the hotpot set meal and the lamb spine hotpot set meal at the restaurant, and they were absolutely delicious. There were three adults in our group, and the restaurant staff advised us that a two-person portion would be enough. At first, I was worried it wouldn't be enough, but when the food arrived, it was a huge table full, with all sorts of side dishes – truly generous portions! If you're coming to Ulan Butong in winter for sightseeing or photography, Changdiao Qisuo is definitely the top choice for accommodation. This was actually my third time here; I visited in July this year and it already felt like coming home. Knowing that the staff here are still so enthusiastic, I'm sure this place will become my grassland basecamp!

Facilities: When I checked in, the front desk drove me to the room with a welcome car. The room was large, the bathroom was dry and wet, and the whole mansion was 🏤. Hygienic: The home is all wood color, it looks clean and tidy, 🥰🥰🥰 comfortable and relaxed, there is a faint fresh taste when you check in Environment: The environment took a lot of photos and went back, very popular, 😁 The atmosphere is nice, I like it. I chose this homestay with my girlfriend in the attitude of trying to experience it. I was ready to read the introduction before I came, but after I arrived, I found that the non-independent bathroom was not as difficult to accept as I thought. It varies from person to person. We arrived very late that night, about ten o'clock in the evening, the boss has been waiting for us with the light on, the road in front of the door said that it will be better to repair soon. The boss and the proprietress are very good, very enthusiastic, especially the breakfast made by the proprietress, it is really a must, the beef pie is aromatic for us, I recommend it to everyone 🌹

We went to this hotel on a family trip and booked a lodge. We arrived after dark, the hotel team was helpful in getting us to our lodge, although the languange barrier was clear. Transport was done by electric carts. The lodge was cosy and comfortable, with a nice terrace with wetlands view. Good beds, and a spacious bathroom. It was clean. The dinner we had was good for people liking chinese food (kind of chinese barbeque). The breakfast was chinese too, which may be an issue for people who are into more traditional western breakfast. The buffet was diverse, a lot to choose. The location of the venue is great, plenty of activities for families. We were there during Golden Week. Perfect temperature (10-15 degrees), blue skies... We can recommend this hotel and its amenities and would go back again.

The price of the hotel is very reasonable, not only the price is very high, but also makes me feel that it is excellent value for money. Considering the location, facilities and service level of the hotel, this price is definitely very affordable.

Hotel location is good, go out and turn right to the ticket gate of the scenic spot, the room is good, that is, the hotel does not have air conditioning, the reason is that it is very cool at night, but good night I don’t go outdoors, the room is still very hot, every night The quilt does not need to be covered, it is so stuffy. Sleeping sweat, and breakfast ended at 8:30, I have never encountered breakfast that ended so early, and breakfast ended before getting up. The room with breakfast added money is equivalent to white plus. I didn’t eat it at all. My parents went to eat and reflected that there were very few things, nothing delicious. In the next few days, they also bought breakfast on the street themselves.

A comfortable stay in a great location, the yurts are located just a ten minute walk away from the ticket counter for the Dalinuoer Lake Scenic Area. It's a pretty small town, so it's also close to pretty much every restaurant. The boss is also very friendly, he answered all my questions and helped me with finding transportation. The conditions of the yurt are actually quite good, there's a heating/air conditioning unit, which I used to keep cozy at night, and a full bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, hot water etc.). There's also a TV, a variety of charging cables, and free WiFi. The bed is massive, very comfortable and able to fit a family. Body wash, shampoo, hairdryer, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. For those who may be concerned about such things, it may be useful to note that the door locks from the inside using a deadbolt, and when you leave your yurt for the day you lock it from the outside with a padlock as there's no electronic lock or keycard. It didn't bother me and since the town is very small, I felt pretty safe. As for cleanliness, for what it is (essentially a semi-permanent tent in the rural grasslands) it's very clean. There are vinyl floors and clean sheets, everything seems well maintained. Sometimes little critters like moths fly in, but this is glamping. Of course you shouldn't expect the same type of environment as a regular five star hotel. Overall I had a wonderful experience here! Felt connected to nature while still enjoying my creature comforts.
