"I've used Ctrip for many years, but this is my first time writing a review. I was stranded on the high-speed train and looked for the best-rated hotels nearby. I didn't expect this to exacerbate my awkward journey.
Facilities: I had a hygiene issue and called, but the phone was broken. Repairs were unsuccessful. Then the air conditioner started leaking, water pouring down like a waterfall. I spent an hour trying to figure it out. I asked if I could move, but I was exhausted and there were no rooms nearby. I didn't. It was finally fixed. It was such a hassle.
Cleanliness: The room smelled strongly of smoke when I moved in. Airing it out cleared it up. I found hair and eyelashes on my pillow, but they hadn't replaced it. I contacted the front desk, who said they had already replaced it. Why wasn't there a crease? They said it might have been left somewhere else, probably on the floor, since it wasn't a pillow. So, what a shame! 😮💨
Environment: The signage on the door wasn't very clear. When I walked in, it looked like an office building, so I had to look closer before I found it.
Service: The attitude was okay. I wasn't satisfied with the problem they solved. They said maintenance was off duty and would come tomorrow. We booked the last available room, which would have been fine, but the water leak was so bad there were no other options closer. The room phone didn't work. I had to keep asking them to transfer when trying to contact them. It was so inconvenient. We checked in around 6:00 and everything was done by 9:00. They later delivered a fruit plate, but the watermelon was still rotten. They didn't say anything when I checked out. That's it. I'm helpless and speechless."

"I rarely write reviews, but this hotel really surprised me!! Traveling with a one-and-a-half-year-old baby was originally a chaotic thing, but because the stay was very comfortable, I relieved a lot of small anxieties.
First of all, the hotel facilities. This should be the newest hotel in Hohhot. With a baby, I don’t want to go to a place where many people have lived because there are some invisible bacteria, but the hygiene of this hotel is really good. I have some mild cleanliness and am particularly sensitive to smells. If it is the smell of decoration and formaldehyde, I will definitely have difficulty breathing, but the ventilation system of this new hotel is still good, and I didn’t feel uncomfortable in this regard.
Secondly, the service attitude of the service staff. They are all young people, so it is very convenient to communicate. Seeing that I brought my baby, the service staff very consciously helped me arrange a quieter room, and told me that if I needed any help, I could contact any staff member at any time. The overall feeling is that people have retired. Hehe is really the state that urban people yearn for now. Watching the stars on the second floor platform at night is a great enjoyment, it is really a feeling of ”escape”.

GGuest User去聖水樑必經會路過的民宿，離景區入口不遠。房間裏有客廳，比住酒店多了很多活動空間，今年新裝修的，冰箱，凈水器都是新的，如果有自帶食物很方便。老闆説還可以用他們的廚房，衹是行程緊，這一次沒用。房間寬敞，因為入住較晚，我們把牆上的暖氣開關誤以為是空調開關，也沒有呼叫老闆，導致覺着熱，後來把誤以為的空調開關關了，開窗睡覺的。反向説明，冬天應該是暖和的。早飯吃的是鹹奶茶和現蒸的包子，土豆韭菜豬肉餡的，第一次土豆的包子，好吃的。美中不足，是電熱水器，第一個人洗完得等，因為入住晚，三個人洗完夜裡12點多了。

Two floors, there is a yard, the first floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom (no water heater) two bedrooms on the second floor, one is about three meters wide with a separate bathroom, but the bathroom has no door, directly facing the bed, the water will flow to the bedroom when taking a bath, disposable slippers can be worn to skate. The other room is a double bed with a separate bathroom, which is more normal, but there is still no door and the curtain is half-finished. The living room on the second floor is tatami, which is not clean anyway. No bath towels. The price of nearly 600 cannot be cancelled after 30 minutes of booking.
