It was such a blissful experience to lie in bed and watch the 'Golden Mountain in the Sun' (sunrise over the snowy mountains) from the ancient town. Opening the window revealed stunning views of the snow-capped mountains and the rooftops of the ancient town. We could literally lie in bed and watch the 'Golden Mountain in the Sun' without having to get up early and brave the crowds!!! The hotel is right in Sifang Street, Lijiang Ancient Town. My best friend and I booked a king-sized bed room. The whole environment was very pleasant, and the room was well-appointed, complete with complimentary welcome fruit and a thoughtful little amenities box. During our two-day stay, whenever we had free time, we'd chat with the owner in the tea room and pet the cat (the little cat was absolutely adorable!!!). The room itself was also very photogenic, perfectly embodying a slow-paced, relaxed atmosphere. Staying here truly allows you to fully enjoy your trip.

I spent a lot of time searching for the perfect accommodation, and I’m so glad I did — because this place exceeded all my expectations. The location and the view are simply unbeatable. From the hotel, you get a breathtaking panoramic view over Lijiang Old Town and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Honestly, I don’t think you could ask for a better view. It’s the kind of scenery where you can take beautiful photos without even having to leave the hotel. Even the charming little slope right in front of the entrance is already a perfect photo spot. The location is also extremely convenient. It’s very easy to get a taxi, and you can quickly reach the main roads to go shopping, explore other parts of Lijiang, or travel to the airport and train station. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, always making sure everything was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the whole stay was genuinely wonderful from beginning to end. For me, this was a 10-star experience on my first trip to Lijiang. And considering the very reasonable price for such an exceptional location, view, service, and overall quality, I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here. If you’re coming to Lijiang, don’t hesitate — book this place. You won’t regret it. ❤️

This French-style courtyard hotel in Lijiang perfectly met all my needs! 🏡 It's just a twenty-minute walk to the Big Waterwheel, so I didn't have to deal with the crowds at the Old Town entrance. Being off the main thoroughfare meant I could explore the Old Town at my leisure, avoiding all the noise. The moment I stepped through the gate, the street noise just vanished. This perfectly solved the common problem of Old Town guesthouses being noisy due to their proximity to the street and constant tourist traffic. The suite was spacious and didn't feel cramped, unlike many other guesthouses. While the room itself didn't offer a snow-capped mountain view, the exclusive rooftop terrace was perfect for relaxing, enjoying the breeze, and gazing at the distant, continuous mountain range – truly a cure for travel fatigue. The concierge was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout my stay, promptly responding to any requests, which saved me the hassle of worrying about everything when I went out. The breakfast was decent and convenient, so I didn't have to search for food elsewhere. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; the outside tourist noise didn't disturb my rest at all. It truly offered a tranquil escape amidst the hustle and bustle. Both the location, comfort, and service were ideal. I'll definitely be choosing this courtyard again on my next trip to Lijiang.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They confirmed my check-in details and the hotel's location in advance. Upon arrival, they immediately offered to help with my luggage and even assisted with purchasing tickets for the Song Dynasty City show (I didn't realize discounted tickets needed to be bought a day in advance, but the hotel managed to get them for me). They were consistently warm and welcoming whenever I saw them. The breakfast was plentiful and, more importantly, delicious, with a fantastic view from the restaurant. The room was spacious and modern, featuring a double vanity and a large dressing mirror, perfect for two women to get ready simultaneously. My friend was extremely pleased. Initially, I was a bit worried based on some user-uploaded photos on Amap, but thankfully, the hotel's photos on Trip.com were accurate and trustworthy, not misleading. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

During my time in Lijiang, this was the only hotel I was truly satisfied with. I was honestly so tired of those so-called 'owner-run' B&Bs where you pay good money but get no sense of service, feeling cramped like you're intruding in someone else's home. Hygiene: Everything was excellent. Environment: Remarkably good. Both the reception and the hotel's public areas are exceptionally spacious for the Old Town. A major plus is that it's just a five-minute walk along the main road from the parking lot. Many B&Bs in the Old Town, even those not cheap, are tucked away down winding alleys with cramped receptions and gardens. This place truly offers the facilities of a proper hotel. The garden is also beautifully maintained. All public areas are lovely, well-equipped, and there's even a play area for children. The complimentary travel photography service also had very kind staff. Service: Every staff member I encountered was excellent, from management to restaurant and front desk staff. They not only greeted me proactively but also offered enthusiastic help. I've already recommended it to all my friends planning to visit Lijiang. I hope the owner continues to have great business, and that both the pets and staff receive even better welfare and benefits.

I came here because of the high ratings, and overall, I felt that the staff's enthusiasm and professionalism were higher than average hotels. The score seems quite fair. The two rooms were arranged very close to each other. The whole room was smart-enabled, and you could see the snow-capped mountains. If the weather is good, you must participate in the mushroom foraging activity; it's a great walk, and the mountain scenery is excellent. We followed the guide and found some huge mushrooms, and even with young children, they didn't get impatient. Being inside the scenic area meant avoiding queues and traffic jams, which was great about this village. When we left, there was heavy traffic here. The atmosphere was excellent, and during meals, there would be restaurant managers singing and frequently asking about the food. The restaurant was very distinctive. The elders wanted bags or other things, and their requests were met. The two little dogs were very cute and diligent, and the kids absolutely loved them. You could tell the hotel staff were very caring. The handicraft workshop was also fantastic; you could DIY art pieces. The hotel isn't big, and there aren't many cars, but they still provided a pick-up service. When we left, they even dropped us off at Medclub. Longnv Lake is just a two-step walk away, a scenic spot suitable for all ages. There's an even more distant place with better scenery, but we didn't go because we had the whole family with us. All in all, it was a great experience. Just a note, my room on the first floor had a step at the bed, so be careful.

The room was very large and spacious, perfect for families with children. It's also not far from Shuhe Ancient Town, and the hotel offers convenient pick-up and drop-off services. You can even enjoy a stunning view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right from the hotel restaurant – it's fantastic!

Yunman Mushanxue Resort Courtyard boasts an excellent location, very close to the Grand Water Wheel and Sifang Street, and just over 100 meters from the Lijiang Eye viewpoint in the Old Town. The hotel's afternoon tea ceremony is absolutely top-notch, and the viewing platform on the third floor is also fantastic, offering views of the snow-capped mountains and Lion Mountain. Brother Weisen's itinerary suggestions and recommendations for nearby attractions were all excellent – we didn't encounter any tourist traps. We'll definitely be back to stay here again.

Banyan Tree Lijiang is absolutely beautiful! Even though it rained both days of our stay, the traditional Chinese courtyard felt perfectly in tune with the weather, offering a unique charm. Before booking, I was a little worried after seeing the hotel's pictures – I'm not sure how they took those promotional shots, because in person, the scenery far exceeded my expectations. All my photos were taken with a phone, so they're quite authentic. The service was also excellent; when my child wanted to sleep alone, they even set up an extra bed for them. The hotel offers plenty of activities to keep kids entertained, and there are small animals and many fruit trees on the property. The osmanthus flowers were already blooming during our visit, filling the air with their fragrant scent. On our last day, they even arranged a travel photoshoot for us. All in all, it was definitely worth it!

You can soak in the majestic snow-capped peaks right from your room, and even witness the breathtaking 'Golden Mountain in the Sunlight' spectacle from your bed. The ambiance and viewing experience were incredible, making this the most delightful stay of our Lijiang trip. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. As we stayed for two nights, the hotel kindly arranged airport transfers, making everything seamless and stress-free. They also provided daily shuttle service to and from Baisha Ancient Town, which was super convenient for exploring and saved us the hassle of driving or finding taxis. Beyond that, the hotel offered immersive Naxi cultural experiences like tea pressing and 'Jiama' woodblock printing, which allowed us to truly delve into local customs and added so much richness and fun to our journey. The staff were consistently warm and attentive throughout our stay. They greeted us cheerfully, patiently recommended local specialty foods and off-the-beaten-path routes, and all their suggestions were incredibly useful. During downtime, they'd even invite guests to gather downstairs for tea and a chat. Their genuine and heartfelt approach made us feel completely at ease and welcome, as if we were visiting our own backyard. Their meticulous care and concern were evident in every interaction, truly making us feel at home. The guest rooms were spacious, and the amenities were comprehensive and well-equipped with everything you could need, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The combination of the unparalleled scenic views and outstanding soft and hard services far exceeded our expectations. Whether you're looking for a relaxing vacation or an immersive Lijiang experience, I highly recommend it. This will definitely be my top choice for accommodation on my next visit to Lijiang!
