The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent hygiene and all amenities in good working order. The owner was very friendly and even helped with transport to tourist attractions. Breakfast was prepared on time according to the number of guests. It made getting around and dining hassle-free. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended.

Guest UserThe service was excellent! The butler was super responsive, even helping my child print out homework and giving us coffee vouchers. Just a heads-up, the coffee shop doesn't open until 11 AM. The environment is lovely and very quiet, and my child had a blast swimming.
To help you improve even further, here are a few suggestions:
We stayed in the Xue Zhu room, and the bed frame on the first floor creaks when you sit on it. It would be great if that could be fixed.
It would be helpful to have smaller pillows available for children.
Also, it might be a good idea to ask about check-in times beforehand and do the pest control earlier. The mosquito coils were quite strong, and my nose felt really uncomfortable at night 😷.
When cleaning, if the showerhead could be adjusted to a handheld spray, it would prevent adults from getting wet when turning on the water to bathe children.
I look forward to an even better experience on my next stay! Still highly recommend this place.

LaohudexiaotuFacilities: A washing machine! This is the first time I've seen every room come with its own individual washing machine, which is truly amazing.
Cleanliness: The wet and dry areas are separated, and overall it's pretty good.
Environment: It's surrounded by guesthouses, some still under construction, all quite close by. Sleeping in late isn't really an option. It's not close to the scenic area, so you'll need the owner to provide transportation.
The owner is very enthusiastic and happy to help with anything you need or if something is missing.

Guest UserThe animals in the park are very cute, the kids love them, and the service is excellent – they're very responsive and helpful. It's also very close to the Huangguoshu Scenic Area, and staff can provide daily pick-up and drop-off service.

Anonymous UserThey provided two complimentary tickets for the Guizhou Jiuxian Scenic Area cave tour. This place is definitely more suitable for self-driving as taxis won't go there because drivers know they'll have to return empty. Unless you're willing to pay nearly 300 RMB for a chartered car, you'll be stuck. The hygiene is good, and the surroundings are beautiful. The only downside is that restaurants and convenience stores are about a kilometer away, almost reaching the Huangguoshu Scenic Area. The shuttle bus only starts at 11 AM, apparently due to morning traffic control, which begins at 9 AM. If you want to get to the scenic area earlier, you'll need to take a taxi. The breakfast selection is quite rich, the laundry room is convenient, and the staff are very friendly.

Anonymous UserThis is a new hotel, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The facilities and decor are excellent! 👍 The breakfast spread is fantastic and delicious. The Chinese food is superb and really hit the spot – even for us who can't handle spice, it was genuinely non-spicy. As someone from Shunde, a city known for its cuisine, I can attest it was truly delicious!
The service was absolutely amazing! Every single staff member, from the front desk and drivers to security, housekeepers, and restaurant staff, was incredibly warm and attentive!
We stayed for two nights, and on the morning of our third day, we wanted to see the magnificent Balinghe Bridge. The driver personally took us to the viewpoint, which was incredibly thoughtful and touching!

YouyiqiuThe room was nice, clean, and had no strange odors. The duvet wasn't too thick, which was perfect for the season. It's about a 10-minute walk from the Huangguoshu ticket office, which is also the main archway/third visitor center. If you don't feel like walking, the hotel offers a shuttle service. Breakfast was simple but had everything you needed, and there's a dedicated parking lot. Just a few minutes' walk away, there's also a street with unique local restaurants.

Guest UserTraveling with my parents and child, we opted for the family twin room on the second floor, which was much drier than the ground floor. Since there's no elevator, the staff kindly helped us with our luggage, and their service was excellent.
On the day of check-in, the front desk proactively informed us about the quick access to the Grand Waterfall. As we were short on time, we just dropped off our luggage and headed straight to the waterfall. I must say, it was incredibly convenient; if we had stayed outside the scenic area, we probably wouldn't have made it that afternoon or would have finished quite late.
The restaurant also didn't require advance reservations. We just ordered after returning from the Grand Waterfall. For a restaurant within a scenic area, the food tasted surprisingly good. Do remember that the express通道 closes at 6:30 PM, so keep an eye on your return time. The Water Curtain Cave requires advance booking, and you won't be able to get in if you try to book on the same day. We had booked ahead, and it went very smoothly.
The service was outstanding. At one point, I wanted to buy milk for my child, but the hotel car wasn't available. The front desk staff even offered to have a colleague help us get it, but we didn't want to trouble anyone and ended up not buying it.
For our return journey, we went directly from Tianxing Bridge to the Beer Plaza to catch our ride. The hotel even delivered our luggage directly to the Beer Plaza, which was fantastic.
Visiting during the off-peak season (not summer), staying inside the scenic area, and without purchasing VIP tickets, we still had a wonderful time. Highly recommended. The hotel was also running a travel photography event recently, offering three retouched photos. The photography was great, and there was no pressure to buy additional photos; even when we didn't, their attitude remained excellent.
For those traveling with elderly parents or children, staying within the scenic area is definitely more convenient. I highly recommend Qianshouju.

Soh Kien PengThis is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in China. It is newly opened just last year and the amenities and facilities are so modern and clean. It is relatively cheap at less than S$35/- per night and I booked it via Trip.com. Breakfast is provided. Although it is not the continental buffet, the noodles, eggs, buns, soya bean, sweet potatoes, vegetables, etc are equally nutritious and stomach filling. There is a washing machine and dryer near the lobby and the counter staff, Yang De Rong was so helpful and considerate that she hang up the laundry for us after the drying in order not to disturb our sleep. One of the staff even drove us to the entrance of Huangguoshu Waterfall even though it is only a short 10 mins walk to the attraction. During our departure, the boss of the hotel personally drove us to the coach station so that we could take the public bus to the high speed train station. The service is marvellous and I strongly recommend this hotel to visitors to Huangguoshu Waterfall. I will stay here again if I come again.

Guest UserVery close to the bus to the waterfall park and good restaurants close by. Eating near the entrance is better than near the exit of the park.
The bathroom was pretty old, but everything was maintained ok for a big old hotel
