Amazing
I stayed at the ibis because I was looking for an international hotel. The hotel was nice. The area the hotel is in is still significantly under development. So there didnât appear to be a lot of options for going outside and eating. Therefore, I went to the hotel restaurant, which was quite nice. Food was good price was reasonable. The only drawback on this hotel at all is the location if youâre interested in being able to go outside and walk around and see things.

The reception staff and all the other employees were truly friendly and kind. They were quick and efficient with everything. The bathroom was very clean, and the room itself was spacious. Compared to other hotels of the same category, the price was more affordable, yet the room was larger and more comfortable. This is the first hotel, in my experience, that has handled every aspect of guest comfort and service so thoughtfully and well. Even though I have stayed at many hotels, this one stood out as the friendliest. They were also very understanding and flexible when it came to extending the room during checkout time. Many other hotels tend to rush guests or charge extra immediately, but that was not the case here. I will definitely choose this hotel again whenever I return.

The hotel is conveniently located: about 2 km as the crow flies from the bus station, where we arrived and departed. It's easy to find; it's on the city's main street, but not on the main road, so there was no traffic noise. It's a bit far from the city center, including museums, the central square, and other amenities, but the main street is constantly jammed with traffic, so it's not clear whether a taxi or bus would be faster, so we walked about 40 minutes. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and cleaning, towel changes, and shampoo in the bathroom were provided daily. The internet was fast, and the staff was friendly, including one who spoke Russian. We stayed for two days. On the first day, I really wanted to write a bad review for breakfast because within half an hour there was no food left (I tried to get more, but the trays were empty), and no new food or drinks were brought. The next day, a different shift was working, and everything was brought promptlyâfood, juice, and coffee.

The room is very big and the clothes are very soft and comfortable. There are two restaurants upstairs, one Korean and one Chinese. There is a convenience store downstairs which is very convenient for shopping. The only thing is that the shower in the bathroom is not used, but everything else is fine.
