Pros: The property location is good. We had booked a suite, so it was quite spacious. The breakfast spread was good. Cons: The suite had 2 bathrooms. But 1 of them was not in usable state. The comode had stains and the jet spray was also not working. The room had provision for water kettle, but Kettle was not there. We had to call 4 times and only after that, they gave us 1 kettle. We had reached at around 12.30, and many items in the lunch menu was not available at that time. Although their lunch time starts from 12.30. Many families faced the same issue. The hotel is quite expensive, but the service was not upto the mark at all.

Hotel stay & food was good but i had to encounter a issue with bathroom flush and even after 2 times of complaint they had repaired it after 6 hrs

Helpful and responsive to guest needs. Features that provide comfort and convenience. Atmosphere is the general mood of the place. Cleanliness is the state of being clean and free from dirt.

When we reached the room was not ready. They asked us to wait for 30 mints. Room was very suffocated. There was no ventilation in the washroom. Room service was very poor. We have to ask several times for water. In the night they asked us to park the car in basement. Basement parking is horrible. There are many pillars in drive way. And lot of garbage was dumped there.

Excellent place to stay, spacious rooms, great service from the hotel team, easy access to city and all main places, great food and amazing view of the city and hygienic staff members. Highly recommended for family and friends

We stayed there for one day, checked in on the 17th and checked out on the 18th of jun e and had booked for three adults. The room was spacious. The bathroom was quite bad. It was stinking. We asked for cleaning. The staff promptly cleaned. But still there was not much improvement. The property appears to be old and needs extensive renovation particularly the bathroom. The hotel employees were very polite and courteous. The front office staff were very helpful they helped us for an early check-in. The hotel has only one restaurant. The food was good but not great. The restaurant staff were very polite.

The rooms were decent. But the service was very poor. Food was average. They were not responding for very long even after calling again again. Also the restaurant management was poor

Location was good but the room service was really terrible. For getting one thing in a room multiple calls had to be made.

The rooms are nice but the service is not. The restaurant never answers your calls and they have very less staff so if there is a function held during your stay you wont get any services

Parking space is a headache at this property, they are telling us to park our car in the main road

Hotel stay was average and is okay for one or two days stay. Rooms are quite good but the service was not upto the mark. I have to call 3 to 4 times for getting something. Food was average as well. I gave 4k for a night which was average.

Hotel service is not good. They speak only kanada. And they don't know other languages. But the hotel is ok and it is clean. And food is also good
