Midilli gibi büyük ve güzel bir adanın merkezinde sakız merkezdeki otel gibi bir otel olmaması şaşırtıcı ve üzücü. Istetatil turuyla gittik. Bize arka tarafa bakan küçük bir oda verdiler. 3 kişi olanlar daha şanslıydı. Otel baya eski kısmen yenilenmiş. İlk gün bizim odada kettle, çay, kahve ve ayak havlusu yoktu. Ertesi gün gelip koymuşlar. Yatakları temiz ve rahat. Banyo ufak ve yarı duş kabin yarı perde olduğu için dışarı çok su gidiyor. Genel itibariyle temiz. Klima güzel soğutuyor. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli olmasa da fena değil. Yalnız kesinlikle çay yapmayı bilmiyorlar. 7 de ilk çaya yetisirseniz içersiniz. Sonrası hep haşlama açık sarıdan da açık ve söylememize rağmen poşet çay da vermiyorlar kahvaltıda. İlk gün 2 küçük şişe su var ikinci gün yok. Lobi kliması dışarıda aşırı sıcak bir hava olmasına rağmen akşamları kapatılıyor. Resepsiyon siz konusmazsanız kalipera falan demiyor bakmıyor bile. Kadın çalışanlar öyle değil. Yalnız otele yürüyüş mesafesindeki Kadın heykelinin altındaki plaj herşeyi unutturacak cinsten. Otelin yakınındaki büfe ve bakkal uygun fiyatlı. Tur harici gidersem kesinlikle molivos da kalırım.

The location can’t be beat, especially if you are arriving or leaving by ferry. The hotel, however, is very, very tired. As other reviewers have mentioned, the carpet in common areas is in sore need of replacing, and the room fittings have not been touched in decades. Similarly, the tiny bathroom was lacking even a shower curtain for the shower and was very basic indeed. A bit of a spruce up would go a long way. For the price, there are better options a bit further away from the port and much, much better options in other parts of the island.

We were desperate to stay here to celebrate my husbands birthday. We booked EXACTLY the room we wanted & the hotel confirmed it . We were set to go - & then I got covid. I contacted the hotel, room cancelled, no charges, just our huge disappointment. However the customer service has been phenomenal, so we hope to come back to Mytilene in September & we certainly will be staying here for a belated celebration. I cant comment re the hotel as we are yet to stay- but the customer service , understanding & kindness from the staff has been outstanding

It is a classic city hotel from old times in the center, but it has tried to update itself. The balcony view is wonderful, it is close to some nice entertainment areas, ports and car parks in the city, but there is also noise. Do not expect friendliness at the hotel, it is not even possible to speak English at the reception. Room cleaning is done daily. It is ideal for accommodation in Lesbos, but my advice is to rent a car and stay in Petra, Skala, Plomari areas and spend quality time in peace. Do not expect sincerity in Lesbos center because there is boredom.

Πεντακαθαρο δωματιο , καθημερινη καθαριοτητα . Υπάρχει δυνατότητα πάρκινγκ και ειναι απιστευτα βολικο γιατι βρισκεται στο κεντρο της πολης και η σταθμευση ειναι δυσκολη. Πολυ καλο πρωινο. Το συνιστώ και ειναι σιγουρο πως στην επομενη μου επισκεψη στο νησι θα ειναι η πρωτη επιλογη μου

Γενικά πολύ καλή η διαμονή. Το δωμάτιο είναι μεγάλο με μπαλκόνι και θέα στη θάλασσα. Έχει όλα όσα αναφέρονται στην κράτηση. Οι υπάλληλοι είναι ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν. Καθημερινή καθαριότητα του δωματίου. Το wifi είναι ισχυρό σε όλους τους χώρους. Υπάρχει δυνατότητα πάρκινγκ στις θέσεις του ξενοδοχείου το οποίο βολεύει καθώς υπάρχει πρόβλημα χώρου πάρκινγκ στην περιοχή του λιμανιού. Καλό πρωινό με αρκετές επιλογές. Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ο θόρυβος από τα πλοία καθώς βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο. Το συνιστώ σίγουρα.

Πολύ καλό κεντρικό ξενοδοχείο, κοντά σε λιμάνι, σταθμό λεωφορείων, αγορά, εστιατόρια, διασκέδαση, αρκετά αξιοθέατα. Διαθέτει καθαρά και περιποιημένα δωμάτια με ωραία θέα και καλό πρωινό. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό, εξυπηρετικό και πρόθυμο. Αν ξαναπάω στη Μυτιλήνη, θα προτιμήσω να μείνω πάλι εκεί.
