The hotel is only a five-minute walk from the JR station, and there are bus stops to Kamikochi and Hakuba nearby.
The hotel looks like a converted commercial meeting place. The reception desk is located on the second floor. The staff is very polite and introduces the hotel facilities when checking in. There is a bathhouse on the tenth floor. Remember to use the elevator on the left to go to the tenth floor. There are all-you-can-eat ice bars on the second and tenth floors. Dessert.
The room is spacious, the bathroom is slightly soundproofed, and you can hear conversations in the next room.

The hotel is only a few minutes away from Nagano. It is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby. The staff is kind and courteous. The rooms are clean and tidy. There are different types of pillows, bath agents and skin care products in the lobby. Even the water provided in the ordinary room is available. The hotel also lets guests choose their own vending machines in the lobby, which is very good 👍🏼👍🏼

It is located right from JR Nagano Station and you don't need an umbrella because you can use the underground passage when it rains. Tokyu Department Store and Station Building are also adjacent, and there is also a agricultural cooperative shop right next door, so I changed local apples and vegetables cheaply. The room was bright, spacious and clean, quiet and comfortable despite the station. The breakfast was large and the seasoning was good and delicious. I was able to stay at a good price by utilizing the national travel discount, but I would like to choose this place next time I stay in Nagano.

This is basically the commodization of hotels at its finest. We had four of us staying in a hotel room meant for two at a reasonable price because we were only there for two nights. Some people might complain about the squishiness or the room missing some home comforts but it truly fitted purpose fine - you get what you pay for. As noted, the hotel is incredibly convenient to the train station. Computerized check-in system, but the staff walked me through it by hand. They'd forgotten to set up the sofa bed in the first room they gave us, but when we bridged the language gap (I was asking for sheets for the sofa bed I'd then set up, which was the wrong question) they moved us into the same room with the bed already set up with sheets. They were very pleasant to deal with. When looking for somewhere to stay without breaking the bank in Nagano, I would happily stay here again.

Great location, super convenient to train station. In addition, there is a nearby 7-11 which allows for quick purchase of essential supplies. The hotel provides washer and dryer for guest to clean their clothes which is good at affordable pricing. Only downside is the room is really small but that is the norm is Tokyo, will get used to it.

Budget motel with little service or hospitality, not catered for foreigners. Key points that make up my rating: - Staff attitude is poor from start of check in, right through. Basically got given room key and left. No explaination of facilites etc. Got to room there was on english instruction for things like wi-fi, aircon, safe deposit box. Rang reception and told to check instructions on TV screen which were so hard to navigate. - Room is so tiny. Bare minimum facitities. Place is little dated and could do with a refurb. Cleanliness was ok. No drinking water in room, you have to go down to lobby and self service. - Location is good. Opposite train station about 3-5 mins walk. Nagano itself has not much attrations if you are not into going skiing. But thats not to do with this establishment. - I saw a lot of locals business men coming and going. So I get the feel this is a place for local who come from out of town to do business. Perhaps if you are stopping a night or so before heading to a skii place or something then this might be suitable for just a room at a cheap price to get you by for the night. Considering we paid around $24000yen for 3 nights, it was ok. Can't expect too much for that price.

Location - Very close to Nagano AC. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel, and there are more than ten tour buses parked. Lawson is very convenient for 24-hours nearby. This time I stayed in room 1013. Room - Induction room card, with automatic locking function. The space is very large, so large that there is more than enough sofa tables and chairs, and the floor can also spread out multiple suitcases, but the disadvantage is the old feeling. There is a switch outside the refrigerator door that needs to be opened to operate. There is a quick boiling pot on the cabinet. A desk and dressing table against the wall, a small TV, hair dryer, a face box, and a socket. There is a towel rack on the table. There is a remote control for controlling the lights on the round coffee table, and a triangular sign introducing the scenery outside the window. There are lamps, telephones, and two sockets on the bedside table. The bathroom is an overall bathroom with an ordinary space size. There is a toilet. The shower does not separate dry and wet, so you have to stand in the bathtub and pull up the shower curtain. The bathroom only has foam cans for washing your face and hands, as well as shampoo, hair, shower gel, and other accessories such as toothbrushes, razors, shower caps, cotton swabs, tea bags, etc., are placed in a centralized area in the lobby on the first floor. Service - Free WiFi is provided and the speed in the room is acceptable. The bathrobe is placed on the wall cabinet of the elevator hall and you can choose the right size by yourself. The hot spring is on the 2nd floor, with a large space and many seats, but the decoration is ordinary. There are special lockable lockers and free sports drinks, and the rest are generally available in the bath. Remind everyone to be careful that the outdoor bath is made of stone and be careful of scratching. There are only three elevators in the hot spring hotel in so many rooms. It will take a long time to meet a large number of group guests. Clean- The furnishings in the room are old, the wood is worn out, but it is still clean. Public spaces such as the 1 and 2 floors are beautifully decorated, and the contrast is a bit big. Sleep quality - air conditioning is difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature, forcing the door to open the window to cool down. But when the window is opened, there will be bugs flying in by the light. The night was very quiet, a good night's sleep, and I didn't sleep much but I felt that I had enough sleep. Breakfast - Located in the large banquet hall on the 2nd floor, the number of tables is amazing, and the noisy environment like a table is like a table. Self-service, many types, some popular items have to be queued. Overall cost-effective - This time I am with a group and I can't know the price, but the chain resort hotel has a basic level. If you are on the way, you can consider it.

The public bath is not very big, but it was very clean and nice. The room is still new and very clean, so I think it was good to use it. Also, even though I was late for check-in, I felt comfortable with a very good response.
There were many kinds of breakfast, and it was so big that I could not eat all kinds. In addition, we thought that we wanted to use if there was opportunity.

4.4/5
Excellent
GGuest UserLocated less than 10 minutes from Nagano Station, there are seven eleven family Marosson if you walk a little, and the location is very good. The building itself is a type of history. The room I stayed in was a room with a bed occupying most of the beds with about 4 tatami mats. It may be so if you say it is small, but it did not become a particularly negative element considering access and price.
Good point.
The response of the customer service, including the uncle of the receptionist, was good.
The room itself felt the age
It was clean and nice because it was well maintained.
The Oyaki shop in front of you is very delicious! Recommended are two types of soba and shiitake.
I'm a little worried.
Amenities such as shampoo toothpaste are all available, but I used a small towel because there was no sponge to wash my body.
Then, I feel like I wanted the second small towel because there is only one bath towel.
and personally, from the light of the electric lamp
When I went to bed, I wanted to take the light outside in the morning.
When I opened the window, I could see it from the front building, so I was a little sorry there.

not a hundred points.
Also, it was a place to stay that I thought I would take care of when I was at Nagano station.
I couldn't go because of time.
I want to try the cafe on the first floor next time.
GGuest UserAvailable on weekdays in early June 2022 during the exhibition period. In order to attend in the morning, it is necessary to stay at Zenkoji Shukubo, but there is no room for one person. I had no choice. The normal accommodation fee is 6000 to 8000 yen. Is it because of one room for one person? 18000 yen with breakfast. It exceeded 21,000 yen with the Shojin cuisine for dinner. The vegetarian cuisine is poor. The tempura is soggy. Boiled food that doesn't taste like dashi at all, and soba salad with a bad dressing. The presentation is just like that, but what was delicious was the ready-made sesame tofu and the barely warm kenchin soup. On top of that, the husband at the next table was drinking alcohol, so I ordered the rice to come later, but I forgot about it and put it in front of him once. Popped on my table. Alas, I raised a voice of protest, but the young woman who served me went without knowing. Because she wasn't wearing a work uniform. It may not have been a full-time staff, but the treatment is the worst. There was also corona, and the season was disgusting. It seems that the temple lodging is different from an ordinary inn as a cover, and I got angry. The food tastes bad and if you pay 3000yen for this quality, you'd be better off eating out. Although the room was spacious and comfortable. In order to participate in the morning affairs, we have to meet in front of the entrance at 4:00 in the morning. The walls were thin and I could hear the conversation next door and the sound of the TV, so I couldn't fall asleep easily 💦 Even though we gathered at 4:00 in the morning, the arrangement of the prayer content of the person who accepted from outside was bad. It seems that the exchange on the phone the day before was not reflected. There is a waiting time of about 30 minutes. As a result, it affected the seating of the breakfast. The guide was very attentive. It must be a problem on the lodging side. The young shortcut who was in charge of check-in was also very pleasant. It was very disappointing. Please use it without expecting anything 💦 I would like you to study again at the minimum. I'm a sole proprietor myself, so this might be a concern. Shukubo is a temple, so if you don't think it has anything to do with hospitality. Isn't it against the teachings of Buddha? It was a pity that Mr. Zenkoji's rank was lowered. No repeats.
TTaroKumaraPotatoIt's not bad, but it's not outstanding either, so I gave it this rating. The Japanese-style room we stayed in was renovated and beautiful, unlike the one advertised. I was surprised that the Japanese-style room also had wired LAN. Speaking of greed, I'm surprised that there isn't a large public bath of this size, and I think it would be a good facility to have one. I didn't eat breakfast because it wasn't a buffet. Also, it costs 3,600 yen per night for just a futon for children over 4 years old, so it's quite expensive. At the very least, I think the fees should be divided between infants, elementary school students, and junior high school students.
LLesley BWe had trouble finding this place as there is no English name on the building. Lucky we had a map and did not walk too far, before asking someone where it was. We were standing right outside the building!! It does not look like a hotel from outside, but once through the doors its is very nice with a spacious reception area. Room was quite large for Japan with all amenities you would need for your stay and a fairly large bathroom. Beds were very hard and firm, as were the pillows, akin to sleeping on the floor. We were facing the station, but did not hear any trains. If you stay on this side of the hotel you will be amazed by the amount of bikes parked at the station. Not sure how anyone would find which was theirs. There is a 7 eleven just down the street, so handy for supplies and a couple of restaurants on the station. We did not have time to venture to the other side of the station due to meeting up with different tour guides. We were only there for one night and had to leave extremely early to tour to see the snow monkeys, so grabbed an enjoyable coffee from the station. Nothing really special about this hotel, except for the reception staff who were lovely and very helpful.
Hhiron1234Nagano city was full of all hotels, and I responded to the sudden consecutive nights. I am not good at business hotels, and I don't feel like I've rested if I don't take a bath. Thank you for the complete bath and shampoo shower near the station. Absolutely recommended this compared to ordinary business hotels! However, breakfast was 6500 yen for a night and the price was 6500 yen. Is that it? I'm very grateful anyway.
Kkirin42I made a reservation on a certain site. It seems that it is rejected by writing the kuchikomi honestly, and it adopts only the good thing, and the kuchikomi of the site is not applicable, but this site is also a bad evaluation word of mouth, so it is a reference. It is a luxury hotel and I booked for the purpose of hotel stay, but the South Building is a business hotel. There is no luxury feeling at all. 14 Time Check-in 12 Time check-out, there are many businessmen, so there were doors opening and closing sounds and sounds at night and in the morning, but other times were quiet, but the sound of construction outside, eventually, I didn't calm down. Breakfast is a set of Japanese or Western food. You can choose. I made western food. It may be good quality, but there are few types and if you don't change bread, you didn't get full. I was trying to explore the hotel, but there was no guide booklet in the building and I didn't. I was doing any hotel, there was no temperature check (forgotten?). There are few places where disinfectant is located. It would be good to be near the elevator, but I had to go to the entrance. GOTO It was a stop period, but it was a hotel that I wanted to stay before, so I booked, but it was only a pity that it was not suitable for the amount, and only the amount of breakfast was high-end. The good thing was that you saw it on TV, and I watched the storm concert.
WWenyunyanVery close to JR and long-distance bus stops, it is very convenient to travel. Short-term travel, the most important thing is this.
Arrived at the hotel around 10 o'clock in the morning, and you can stay in the room unexpectedly! This is very unexpected and happy. Other accommodations in Japan have not encountered check-in before 2 pm.
Breakfast is very simple, you can not eat.
BBZimm08Hotel Abest is located right by the train station. I picked this hotel because of the location and price, it was on the cheaper side. The staff at the front desk were helpful and check in/out was a breeze. The rooms were on the smaller side, the bathroom was tiny, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. They have breakfast served on the 10th floor, great views with a decent variety of food, I really enjoyed the breakfast. Not their fault, but was noisy at night, a shop nearby played a tune on repeat which was annoying. Other then that, no issues and perfect for a one night stay.
