Very close to Nagano Station. You exit out of the station. Find the overpass that takes you across to Don Quijote Discount Store. There is an escalator that takes you down to the street level. Turn right. You'll walk past the Alpico Bus Ticket Office. This is where you buy the bus tickets to go to the three shrines in Togakushi (bus number 70, approximately one bus per hour). Keep walking until you see a Chinese restaurant. The hotel is the next building. We had the standard twin room. Room size is OK as expected. The decor in our room more than made up for it. That was a really nice surprise. I love Fujisan and wood-block prints and we were going to visit Hokusai Museum in nearby Obuse the next day! Breakfast area is in front of the lifts. The hotel has a business hotel feel to it. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast (probably my second favourite). Of all the places we stayed in on this trip, this is the only place with noodles, five grain rice and Asian greens. The Asian greens were served at room temperature with some special sauce, not plain. The sweet bread roll was very yummy. And if I remembered correctly, it even had apple cider vinegar! It also seemed that if you needed to, you could take breakfast with you as the hotel provided takeaway containers. The soup was already in takeaway containers. We definitely need more than two nights to explore Nagano!

Nagano is a quiet city. The only tourist spot would be Zenkoji temple and chestnuts sweets. Choices of Restaurants and shops are not what tourists usually expect. This hotel is just right next to the JR and high speed train station or you could say “in the station” as there is a bridge connecting to the 2nd floor of the hotel ( reception at 1st floor). Supermarket at the station is small and just like convenient store. But there are souvenir shops in the station. So do consider and plan for dinner. The hotel also offer good deals for body massage services. In short this is a up to standard business hotel but not quite recommended for tourists.

This is basically the commodization of hotels at its finest. We had four of us staying in a hotel room meant for two at a reasonable price because we were only there for two nights. Some people might complain about the squishiness or the room missing some home comforts but it truly fitted purpose fine - you get what you pay for. As noted, the hotel is incredibly convenient to the train station. Computerized check-in system, but the staff walked me through it by hand. They'd forgotten to set up the sofa bed in the first room they gave us, but when we bridged the language gap (I was asking for sheets for the sofa bed I'd then set up, which was the wrong question) they moved us into the same room with the bed already set up with sheets. They were very pleasant to deal with. When looking for somewhere to stay without breaking the bank in Nagano, I would happily stay here again.

・男女共用ドミトリー 1泊（約2,700円）を複数泊で利用させていただきました。 ・主な目的は、ワーケーションと観光、となります。 [お薦めのポイント] ・2019年7月オープンの新しく綺麗なドミトリー ・連泊なら丸1日電源とWi-Fi確保して仕事できます ・長野駅5分で3000円前後はとにかく安くてありがたすぎます ~・~・~・~・~・~・~・~・~・~・~ ・なんと長野駅から徒歩5分、という好立地の場所に佇む「Mash Café & Bed NAGANO」さん。しかも、2019年7月にオープンされたということで、まだまだ新しくて、しかもリーズナブルなドミトリー宿泊施設となります。 ・1Fがバーカウンターやテーブル席のあるカフェラウンジ&ワークスペースとなっており、宿泊者だけでなく一般の方も利用されます。 ・まさに「旅する人と、暮らす人が、自由に集い、出会える場所を。」というお店さんのコンセプト通りですね。 ・2F･3Fが宿泊者専用の施設です。宿泊者は、電源完備のワークスペースの利用が無料で、かつドリンクバーも無料という嬉しいサービスまでついています。 ～お部屋～～～ ・今まで伺ったドミトリーの中で、結構上位の綺麗さを誇ります。さすが出来立てほやほや、ということはありますね。訪問は9月でしたが、空調の具合も程よくて好きでした。 ・室内は、ハンガー2つ、USB口の電源1つ、コンセントタイプの電源口1つ、小物置き場、と割とシンプルな構成。電子デバイスを沢山お持ちの方は電源が足りないと思いますので、予めコンセントタップをご用意されるとよいかと思います。 ・室内の電気は暗めです。ただ、動き回るのに苦労はしません。コンセント口に付属の非常用電灯みたいな感じと言えば伝わりますかね。・部屋番号ごとのロッカーはありますが、中サイズなのであまり大きなものは入れられません。貴重品のみをいれるとよいかと。ただし、各ドミトリーの下には隙間があるので、みなさんそこにキャリーなどの大きな荷物を置かれていました。 ～アメニティ～ ・特に用意はされていません。必要に応じて、歯ブラシやカミソリ、タオル、バスタオル、部屋着レンタルなどを1Fのカフェで購入できます。 ・各共用スペースには以下のものが設置されていました。こちらは無料にて利用できます。 　＊ ボディソープ／シャンプー／コンディショナー／ドライヤー／アイロン／電子レンジ／湯沸かしポット／冷蔵庫 ～お風呂～～～ ・共有のシャワースペースのみです。6室くらいありましたが、人が少ない時はお掃除が大変なせい？かわかりませんが、衛生面の関係で利用できるのは2つほどでした。 ・足ふきマットの代わりとなる珪藻土は、割と前の方の使用感が伝わりますので、気にされる方は別途タオルなどをご準備された方が良いかと思います。 ・シャワー個室は脱衣所から鍵をかけられる仕様になっているので、貴重品なども一緒にもって入れます。また、洗面台があるのも嬉しいですね。 ・共用部分にドライヤーが2つほど、洗面台が3つほどあります。平日利用ということもあったせいか、特段、馬っていて使えないことはありませんでした。 ～設備～～～～ ・シンプルながら不便を感じない、なかなか充実した設備でした。安く泊まれるドミトリーとしては、綺麗さの保たれていましたし、かなり心地よく過ごせる設備全般かと思います。（海外のドミトリーとか経験すると日本のドミトリーはほぼどれもよいです。笑　が、そんな中でもお値段と比較してもかなり良い方かと思います） ・トイレは、1Fに男女1つずつ、2Fに男性用2つ、男女共用1つ3Fに女性用が2つほどあります。ただ、FloorMapには2Fのトイレが女性マークになっていたので、その時の宿泊者数に応じてトイレの男女を入れ替えているのかもしれませんね。 ・シャワールームは、2Fに男女共用、3Fに女性専用がそれぞれあります。 ・2Fは階段かエレベーターで、3Fは基本的にエレベーターで上がります。 ・1Fのワークスペースカウンターもかなり良いです。各席に電源コンセント1つとUSB口1つずつあります。また、ドリンクバーが飲み放題なので、別途コンビニなどで調達する手間やコストもなく、持ち物の減量できる嬉しさがあります。 ～その他（個人的にとどめておこうと感じた点）～ ＊ 夜は店員さんが不在になります。 　- 宿も含めて施設にいる店員さんはカフェラウンジがオープンしている間のみが基本となるようです。それ以外の時間帯は、問い合わせは基本的にできませんので、気になることは予め確認しておかれた方が良いです。特に、1F入口の暗証番号キーはお忘れにならないように、スマホで撮影して持ちあることをお勧めします。入れなくなります笑 ＊ ドリンクバーは夜間～早朝は使えないときもあります。 　- 上記に伴い、ドリンクバーのグラスは店員さん不在の間は洗うことができないため、準備されたコップがなくなり次第、利用不可となります。恐らくお店さんとしても、衛生面から使用済みのコップをお客さんが勝手に洗って使うことは推奨されないと思いますので、どうしても・・・という場合は、ご自身で使い捨てカップなど用意されるとよいかなと思います。詳細は宿に確認されてみてください。 ＊ 連泊でもシーツ交換は有料です。 　- 連泊の場合は、シーツは何泊してもずーっと同じです。変えてほしい場合は別途500円必要となります。 ＊ 12:00-22:00は、1Fで持ち込み飲食できません。 　- 宿泊者でも、日中は1Fで持ち込み飲食はNGとなります。恐らく、カフェラウンジとして一般の方も受け入れていらっしゃっているので、持ち込みできる人とそうでない人が共存するのが難しいからではないかと。3Fに小さめですがラウンジがあるので、そこでなら持ち込み飲食可能です。また、カフェラウンジ営業時間外なら1Fでも自由に持ち込み飲食可能です。22:00以降に1Fで近くで購入してきたものを広げて酒盛りをするのはOKということです。 ＊ チェックアウト10:00は守りましょう。 　- チェックアウト10:00は絶対です。1Fのワークスペースもチェックアウト日の10:00以降は一切使えなくなりますので、お仕事利用される方は要注意です。連泊日の場合は問題なく継続して利用可能です。 ＊ 割とシャープな対応されることも。 　- 常連さんや店員さんと仲良くなられた方にとっては結構な天国だと思います。常に笑って接してくださいます。 　- それ以外の場合は、良くも悪くも機械的な印象があります。他での笑顔を見ている分、逆にちょっと対応がシャープだなぁとすら感じる場面もありました。忙しいタイミングに話しかけてしまったのかわかりませんが、特に悪いことや粗相をした記憶もないので「なんか、すいません・・・」と小さく心の中でつぶやいておきましたm(_ _)m 　- 安く泊まれる宿としての機能を求めていれば、特に気になることもないかと思いますが、そのギャップもあるかも、くらいに構えておいて損はないかと思います。笑　- とはいえ、受け入れ態勢自体はあるようですので、むしろ、ご自身から仲良く話しかけたら楽

It is located right from JR Nagano Station and you don't need an umbrella because you can use the underground passage when it rains. Tokyu Department Store and Station Building are also adjacent, and there is also a agricultural cooperative shop right next door, so I changed local apples and vegetables cheaply. The room was bright, spacious and clean, quiet and comfortable despite the station. The breakfast was large and the seasoning was good and delicious. I was able to stay at a good price by utilizing the national travel discount, but I would like to choose this place next time I stay in Nagano.

Great hotel, room was a little small but that's OK. I only booked because I couldn't get anywhere else last minute, normally I would've scrolled right past this hotel because that price tag is crazy! Sadly, I had no choice. If it was about half the price, I'd gladly consider it again.

I should have booked ”no smoking” from the official site of the inn, but I received a ”smoking” in the reservation completion email, and I called the front desk while tilting my neck, and I received a guide that there was no non smoking room. Crying crying even though the budget is over＋ I switched to the room called J floor for 1,000 yen, and this was unexpectedly a ”hit” judgment. It was a good Nagano trip 々. ＜J Floor Features＞ Room is clean and spacious, air conditioning and futons are usually costing anime tea Although it is not a dripping type, it seems that it was developed with the manufacturer and the chitin. I checked in at about 15:00 and felt that I should have enjoyed it. Also, the face washing form is not clearly cheap. The comb is also easy to use with both rough eyes and a little fine, and it is a room with a lot of happy measures for women. On the other hand, the J floor sells the good view, and the view is certainly good, but I think it is NG to ask for the beauty of nature (mountain and tree) because Nagano city itself is a city. ＜ The atmosphere of the whole hotel ＞ Because of the business hotel and the JAL series, there are many guests who seem to be business trips, and tourist guests are also more calm. There are several videos that you're introducing, so please refer to them.I liked ”handmade ume-name mushroom”, ”tempura”, ”miso wae of soba fruit” and ”oyaki” privately. The dishes related to miso are using Shinshu miso and you can enjoy ”Nagano no Taste”, so I think you should try at least one kind. (I'm lost whether I can write my true sound, but it's better to eat at this hotel than eat at the outside shop) Nagano Station ～ Based on the good location between Zenko Ji Temple, I think it was a very good hotel. Next time I go sightseeing in Nagano, I will not dare to change the inn from here.

It's only a 5-minute walk from Nagano Station, which is very convenient. The hotel is a bit old, but the room has been renovated, so it's OK. The space is spacious, and there is no problem opening two large luggages. There is also a small sofa in the corner of the room to sit. The public bath and the daily refreshments, ice cream, etc. are very good. The only thing is that there is only one washing and drying machine, which is too few, and you have to queue up to use it.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and it was a really clean and comfortable hotel and just a 7 minute walk from Nagano Station, a 7 minute walk to bus stop 23 for the Snow Monkey Park and close to a variety of restaurants and bars. It is also 15/20 minutes to Zenko-Ji which is a beautiful Buddhist temple and well worth visiting. We didn’t have breakfast included during our stay but other guests said that it was really good. Our room was really clean, spacious and comfortable with a firm mattress, a tv, toiletries and a kettle. In reception you can help yourself to teas, coffee and other toiletries for free which was helpful. The staff were really friendly and patient as we don’t speak Japanese. Our room was next to the railway line but the sound proofing was excellent and it was so quiet and we had two good nights of sleep. A comfortable and clean hotel that is conveniently located for exploring Negano.

I used it late the night before because I had a business from the morning of the next day. It is a very ordinary business hotel. There is no need or no need. However, if you raise the difficulty, there is no outlet on the bedside, so it may be a little inconvenient to charge the smartphone while sleeping. There is a table in the room and there is a small TV so you can charge there but ‥‥. It was inconvenient for me who wanted to put it at hand and charge my smartphone. What I thought was not necessary was breakfast. This time, I was able to stay at a fairly cheap price in the plan with breakfast, but 1200 yen is too high with that quality. If you are worried about what to do with breakfast, I will never recommend it. The meal itself is also rough, but the distance from the next seat is narrow, and there is no partition with acrylic plates, so it is a distance that is concerned in the crowded time zone. It may be a setting that doesn't talk during meals, but the venue is small, so the distance from the next door is too close, and I hesitated to use it. It was good to have a paper cup so that you can bring coffee back to the room. Parking is supposed to use the municipal parking lot next door, but it is more convenient to park on the third floor connected to the deck of the station for those with a lot of luggage.
