Good hotel in a safe location with friendly staff. Since the setup of their WIFI isn't done correctly, some email accounts are not working although those accounts are fully compatible with the WIFI of all the other hotels and Safari.com provider as well.

I had a great stay here, the rooms have a good size, On some pictures the look smaller than they are in reality. Everything is clean, the internet is good and the breakfast and overall foods of the restaurant are great.

My stay was amazing, great hotel the hotel safe were very helpful great staff, breakfast was delicious choice of meal and fruits all fresh , the in house amenities was fantastic, and the location was really nice for me . Rest assured I will be visiting again. Thanks you La Maison Royal. My overall experience was above expectations due to the bad reviews. Am happy I made my own decision. I was not disappointed

Nice location. Nice Big Rooms. Room service is a bit delayed always. They shall have a little more options for vegetarian breakfast. One thing that’s really disturbing to see in a hotel like this, even if you are waiting for your checkin at the hotel and you ask for water, they charge for it.

Selected this hotel to rest after flying before visiting Masai Mara. In general the hotel was good but there were a few upset moments. We visited Nairobi in August and the room was cold. For 5-star hotel it is very strange that there is no toothbrush in the room. Rosetta without Type-C, but that's fine. Breakfast is not very diverse for such a hotel. However, it is very well located, clean, staff polite , settled quickly and it is undeniable pluses

Very good, cost-effective, is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in in Nairobi. The only downside: the restaurant is not very tasty. I am a girl who dared not go far in the evening, almost every day in the hotel restaurant to eat spit

Clean and secure, helpful staff. Good location directly across from restaurant and shopping complex. Walking distance to many other restaurants, bars, and malls. Didn’t have breakfast, it looked just okay, but there is the main restaurant with terrace and a bbq restaurant on ground floor if you prefer not to leave for meals.

Because I needed an extra bed with my baby, I mainly chose the deluxe room, which is a one-and-a-half-bedroom room with a relatively large area. The window of the inner room faces the atrium, which means there is no window and no sunlight in the room. The bathroom smells like a sewer, and I can't find the exhaust switch or feel the strong exhaust. I just made do with it for one night, but I probably won't choose it next time.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The kitchen is fully setup and the property is safety. There only small issues which was not mentioned on booking site, you didn't have a daily room cleaning and towel changes including the room price when you request locally the property 15USD/daily. Also it was not mentioned that the property charges you 28Usd for cleaning after check out. That's the only thing to complain. Overall it's a nice apartment and will book again.

This hotel is absolutly amazing. I felt like home away from home. It was my second time at Glee and I will be back very soon! The number one stay in Nairobi.
