He said that the room type was not enough, so he gave it to me. As a guest of the special room, I really can’t understand whether you should communicate with the guest in advance if you want to downgrade the room type (the customer service also emphasized that the room type is the matching room type, haha). Although they compensated me for the price difference after communication, I encountered this kind of thing when I went out. Not even happy anymore
ps: My sisters who were traveling together also encountered this situation. The rooms booked did not match the actual rooms. They were all too small.
Another point is that the toilet in the special room on the first floor that was given to me didn’t even have an exhaust fan, and the hygiene was very poor (see picture).
