The room was clean, convenient, and comfortable with an open-air bath. There were two elevators, but it was inconvenient because you couldn't tell from the front how many times they were there. The elevator should be improved as it stops at each floor during meals and check out.

チェックインは何組か一緒になりましたが、順番の札をいただき奥のソファーへ。 立って待つことも無く、フリーのコーヒーやお茶を頂きながら、チェックインを済ませることが出来ました。待っている間は、家内と娘は浴衣を選びに。とても喜んでおりました。 また、館内はタタミになっており、足にも非常に優しく、スリッパを利用するより清潔で快適でした。 お部屋は露天風呂付のフォースへ。大きめのベッドが2部屋に２つあり、いびき防止にもお薦めです。枕も選べるようになっており、家内と娘は高級枕、私は檜の枕を利用させて頂きました。 お部屋の温泉、大浴場、無料の貸し切り風呂と、泉質は最高で、肌がスベスベになりました。お部屋の露天風呂は場所によっては、すぐ脇にある堤防に釣り人がいることがあり、ちょっと視線が気になる人は気になるかもしれませんね。 夕食や朝食は、メイン料理や小鉢などが選べたりして、工夫されております。22時からの夜鳴そばもきちんと頂きました。 朝は朝日を浴びながら、温泉に入ることが出来ます。とてもキレイでした。 近くにはとても有名な旅館が多数ありますが、ゆっくりと温泉に入って、身体を休めるにはお薦めのホテルです。 1点だけワガママを言うと、せっかくお風呂を楽しみたいのであれば、シャンプー、トリーメント類のもう少し充実した方が良いかもというのが、家内と娘の意見でした。

窓からの景色に癒されて、客室露天風呂でまったりと、最高の時間でした。この景色にお金を払っているような物です。 連泊しましたが、次の日の食事は、メインが選べず、また、同じような内容の料理に、ガッカリしてしまいました。期待してはダメですね。連泊は、食事はおすすめしません。1日目は、美味しくいただきました。 従業員の方たちは、頑張っていらっしゃいました。

お部屋がきれい、設備も新しい。部屋の前が七尾湾で眺望良し。料理も見た目、味よし！ 大浴場も景色良し、清潔。無料の貸切風呂もよい。 料理のうつわは九谷焼で提供され素晴らしいと思っていたら食器が欠けていた。飲食業であってはならないことと私は思います。せめて修繕した食器を使用しましょうよ。料理は素晴らしいのに配膳係はお品書きに書いてあることしか言えないし、知らない。提供されたものについて質問しても全く答えられない。美味しいものを食べさせようと料理長が創ってもそのコンセプトも伝えられない接客では勿体ない。若い従業員が多く、人手不足なのか教育が行き届いていないのか接客にだるさが漂っている。料理も施設も申し分ないのに接客が全くなっていない。無料のラーメンやアイスなどの振舞いは要らないから接客を改善すべきと思う。お客も若いカップルが結構居たが、ターゲットは若年層狙いだったのだろうか？食事の時間二択制と接客姿勢を変えればほんとうに素晴らしい宿になると思う。

共立リゾートさんの宿は各地で利用していますがどちらも満足です。 今回の宿は部屋に露天風呂もあります。 枕や浴衣が選べるのは素敵です。
