Clean room with comfortable slippers provided. Wheelchair available to borrow and use within the hotel area, otherwise its challenging for elderly to walk around without wheelchair. Nice garden with flowers blossom

It's the nicest hotel in the area, but it's not exactly worth overpaying to stay here. We had food in the restaurant one night that was ok, a little bit sweet, but maybe that's the way they like their food in this area. We had an executive suite and besides it being a large room it didn't feel that special. Water in the room had a yellow color to it, which the staff explained was due to the water in the hotel being mountain water, I still think the hotel should be able to filter the water so it isn't yellow, we refused to use the bath tub or brush our teeth with the hotel water.

We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. Good location surrounded by tea plantations, big and clean room with a very professional service!! Totally recommended if you want to visit Tulou!!

I paid the room fee for 2 nights at the front desk in one go and stayed for 2 days.
The room card can never open the room door, and I have to renew the room card every time I go back to the room.
The front desk gave me a coffee coupon, and the coffee machine was under repair for 2 consecutive days.
I communicated with the service desk to send slippers, and they were sent for 4 hours.
The teapot in the room was used for tea, but no one cleaned it.
Facing the May Day holiday, the room fee of 1,000 yuan per night is really excellent. It is relatively inconvenient to live in the Yunshuiyao scenic area, and vehicles have to queue up to check tickets every time they enter and exit. It is recommended to live outside the scenic area.

I originally booked two rooms. I saw that there were not many people that day, so I asked the front desk if I could upgrade the room type for free. The answer was no. Generally, other brand hotels are very proactive in upgrading the room type when there are not many people. So I upgraded to an executive suite myself. The two coffee coupons given were really bad. I took a sip and threw it away, wasting my time to go to the cafe.
