去南京旅遊，沒什麼特別行程，就選擇了這家新酒店待四晚。酒店地理位置不太好，從地鐵站出來有一段上坡站，行人道太窄，堆滿電瓶車，拉着行李箱只能走車道，而且地鐵在錯鋒時人也非常多，機場出來就一路站到目的地站，足足一個多小時，建議打車，除了位置一般，這家酒店的其他方面還是非常不錯的，房間大，床也大，馬桶不錯，拖鞋質量非常滿意，早餐也可以，睡了幾晚也沒噪音問題，最重要的是每天的衛生也打掃得很乾淨，而且很快速，出門三小時回來能把房間收拾好了，所以就算打車出入也是挺划算的。
題外話：南京打車（T3)的車真的是大殘舊了，而且車內也很髒。

酒店2024年新開，辦理入住過程流暢快捷，酒店設計走摩登現代風，房間設計方正，窗明几淨，酒店送有下午茶：咖啡和小糕點，叫人驚喜；職員態度均親切有禮；尤其咖啡吧职員小孔，知道丈夫是韓國人，不懂中文，都努力用翻譯機詢問他有何需要，飲品是否需要添加等等，深切感受到南京人的熱情和溫暖，必須大力推薦👍👍👍👍

在這家酒店，一切沒有太多的花俏，衹有一種温柔平和的氣氛，讓人覺得一走進去，就可以放空心靈，放鬆身心，忘掉外界的喧囂。首先，這家酒店的房間裏的設施非常齊全，寬敞的床，可以讓旅客有充分的睡眠，衣櫃裏有一應俱全的飾品和鞋子，浴室裏有一套護膚、清潔的用品，這可以感受到有着深厚的包容之愛。
而且，這家酒店的服務也非常貼心。特別是前台小蔣同學的熱情服務讓我深深感動到了！退房後還有温馨的小禮物，;無論是團體還是個人，任何時候都可以及時得到服務。

無意中發現的這間酒店真是個寶藏呀！房間裝修風格長在我審美上了，現代簡約很高級。
房間空間很大，乾淨整潔。
房間裏智能馬桶，大電視可以手機投屏看電影，吹風機風量很大讓頭髮多星人很滿意👍有USB插座可以充電，吧枱的德龍水壺好評，還有免費mini bar誠意滿滿。
我們入住的靠馬路一側的房間還擔心有噪音，結果房間隔音玻璃完全聽不見任何噪音，點贊👍
帶娃入住了一晚很滿意，跟前台提了一些小童友好酒店的建議也很快採納聽取，感覺有在認真用心做服務，用户的意見有被認真聽到。
下次來南京還會考慮這家寶藏酒店

體驗極差，酒店的服務水準完全符合它沒標星的定位，這是我住上百家酒店第一次差評。
入駐當天，出發之前跟酒店電話確認入駐時間是下午2點以後，我到南京時間是中午12點多，所以沒直接去酒店，到酒店時間是下午五點多，前台告知因他們的高級會員沒有退房，我現在還不能入駐，給我的方案是邊上等或者接受雙人房（我定的是大床房），我當即表示不接受，要投訴，前台立馬給我開了房間，酒店及其不尊重客人，雙標，這是第一件事。
第二件事，酒店在郊區，門口就是鐵路，噪音大，關上窗户，基本上聽不到聲音，但是酒店內部隔音非常差，我住229，樓上電視放歌到晚上12點多，在夜裡安靜的環境下，很吵，非常吵，我打電話質問前台樓上一直在唱歌，是不是有KTV在營業。
第三件事，如圖所示酒店有房間定了外賣，酒店機器人打電話把我吵醒，迷迷糊糊看了半天發現是送錯了，掛門上繼續睡覺，但是過了一會酒店前台竟然打電話把我吵醒問我是不是收錯了快遞，你們送錯了東西不自己想辦法解決問題，竟然是選擇繼續把我吵醒，而且酒店前台一點道歉的意思都沒有！
鬧了一晚上氣的我完全睡不着，這哪是住酒店，我感覺我成了一個犯人，睡眠不好嚴重影響我第二天行程，本來定了兩晚，第二天起來吃過早餐就退房，改定了奧體那邊五星級酒店，價格比這個便宜，服務水平那是天壤之別。住這裏原本想着離動物園近，勸告大家，真沒必要，這個房價就應該就住市裡五星級酒店，南京跨地區交通很方便快捷！
我離店前跟前台經理説，你們這服務做成這樣，能開下去完全是靠南京給你們賞飯吃，服務太差了！

一間非常不錯的酒店，前台和房間的服務人員都熱情有禮。房間環境和衞生都很好，小冰箱的飲品都是免費的。酒店自助早餐也比較豐富，入住和離開時都有水果等手禮贈送，非常值得推薦！還有就是停車場有兩個，大大滿足了停車需求，不用爭車位，太好了。

在這個價位的酒店裡，我覺得是做的非常不錯的。選址比較偏，但離紅山動物園近，附近也有很好設施的商圈。門簾很大，很容易找，配色很漂亮舒適，下午茶和早餐都有現烤的麪包，很好吃。
房間很大很舒適，如圖所示，新開業嘛沒有任何和圖片的區別。我這回在吃下午茶於是就沒排房間的，當時前台免費升級了豪華，和大床房的區別就是多了個島台洗漱很方便。房間裏的冰櫃還準備了冰杯，在島台調個酒制個茶飲，也是極為方便的。
隔音在酒店裡麪我也覺得非常的好了，非常安靜，除了沖水時聽不到隔壁聲音的。但一些小的設施會出現一些小問題，比如床頭閲讀燈會自動彈出然後亮起。洗漱拉伸鏡突然不亮了。但是都是很小的問題。
健身房是24小時，隨時都可以去，設備比較算齊的，划船機跑步機，啞鈴還有女孩子瑜伽墊瑜伽球都有配，去玩了半個小時。洗衣房也帶烘乾機，看着挺乾淨的。前台也是24小時都在的，其他感覺沒什麼了。
