高淳遊子山附近，自然環境好，酒店有一片大大的松林，湖水也漂亮，充滿野趣。酒店有一整棟的13號樓家庭親子遊客中心，也有室外的梅花樁、鞦韆、蹺蹺板等，孩子玩的很開心。春節期間還有篝火晚會，很熱鬧

2023年春節回來去過一次沒有入住，今年春節回來一住就是六天，感覺非常温馨，服務周到，工作人員禮貌熱情。在外三十年回來依然能感受到了家鄉的風土人情。下次再來還會選擇入住。

酒店環境非常好，有山有水，園區內車接車送非常方便，房間條件也非常nice。酒店內還開發了一些活動項目，划船，全地形車，晚上還有篝火，非常適合出遊散心。13棟還有親子活動中心非常適合寶媽寶爸帶娃遊玩。前台小徐態度很好，耐心解答，積極幫助。遊玩過程中感謝康樂部（不確定是不是這個部門😂）工作人員的細心服務。強烈推薦工作壓力大的人週末前去散心。

酒店整體還是很不錯的，環境很美，有山，有水，有竹林，松林，農場，卡丁車，皮划艇，親子樂園，中式別墅房，錯落有致，對寵物也很友好，適合度假。在酒店裡吃喝玩樂基本能搞定。服務員態度非常好，提出要求也都能滿足。

酒店非常大，有徒步道，越野車和划艇等娛樂項目，帶娃可以待上一整天。房間打掃的非常乾淨，唯一不足的是空調還不夠暖。前台，接駁車，餐廳服務人員都非常熱情，很棒的體驗

住的大床房，順道參觀了一下他們的庭院套房，在院子裏還可以釣魚哦，對於我這個愛好釣魚的來説，真是太友好了，環境真是無可挑剔，前台服務人員也都很熱情，給前台的小魏 ，進入酒店地界，成片的格桑花隨風搖曳，景色獨好。這家酒店很有特色，整個園區是一個景區，然後還有小童樂園，早餐也很豐盛，房間乾淨整潔，入住體驗很好。一進房間贈送了水果，房間住的特別舒服，設施都挺好的是一次愉快的體驗，總體來説是度假的好地方，放鬆心情[強]

酒店非常的漂亮，空氣質量指數優秀，感覺在這邊上班的人都很幸福很大酒店前台的服務小姐姐特別貼心，小姐姐提供茶水，這個服務質量我給點個贊；辦理入住的時，尤其有一位叫魏雅雲的小姐姐面帶微笑，服務熱情周到，幫忙拿行李，房間也幫忙安排的非常好
滿意設施：酒店裡面具備遊樂場所，有皮划艇、游泳池、卡丁車等等，特別適合遛娃
滿意房間：房間內部裝飾温馨，燈光設計柔和，細節做得非常到位，大床感覺到舒適，整晚睡眠一個字“真香”

全家從新加坡來南京旅遊，當天到酒店已經是晚上九點多了，前台的小徐熱情又耐心，給我們安排房間，連接網絡，講解套餐券的使用和解決我們一切的疑問。前台小張很有責任心地把我們帶去房間，酒店為我們升級了兩個房間，有庭院 ，帶露台，風景優美，非常的舒適。房間裏配備超級齊全，連小朋友洗漱用品都有提供。酒店活動很豐富，UTV賽車很好玩，服務員芳芳和妙妙非常熱情，孩子們玩的意猶未盡，續房後繼續玩第二次，碰到服務員小孔也很熱情地與我們打招呼聊天。接下來就是玩皮划艇和玻璃船，康樂部黃經理全力協助我們上下船，還幫我們拍照留念，貼心服務讓七十多歲的長者很有安全感去體驗坐皮划艇的感覺，真棒！酒店環境很好，有湖有林，是個天然氧吧，適合全家大小休閑度假慢慢逛，這邊的管理層也很到位，我們手機沒有微信，付款寶，刷不了小黃車，劉總助為我們解決一切，讓我們有很不錯的遊玩體驗感，住宿更是感覺温馨舒適。
