酒店前台服務極差，環境一般，也不夠乾淨。下午到期退費延時51分鐘，前台反饋直接扣掉按金，並且我在接電話的過程中多次通過爭吵打斷我的電話，建議平台取消這樣的商家入駐

前台的胖妹對人愛答不理，態度一般。做服務的，對客户笑臉相迎不是基本上操作，不是很滿意。房間衞生什麼的，環境都還可以，但是沒拖鞋，沒拖鞋，沒拖鞋，搞個一次性拖鞋不麻煩呢？一雙拖鞋幾個錢，能省幾百塊？
