Fantastic hotel!! We arrived last night at 22:00 and checking out this morning as we move onto Ischia. If all the negative reviewers did their research prior to booking this hotel then they would know it’s a stop off hotel rather than a long stay hotel. The taxi ride from the airport took all of 10mins and cost €20. Yes, the drive up is extremely “dodgy” and not somewhere where you would be walking alone at night. However, once inside it’s like a completely different place. Very clean, safe, modern with friendly staff. Our room was on the 14th floor and Premium, it was immaculate plus the shower/bathroom was great with a walk-in wet room. Shower pressure was bliss after travelling all day. Breakfast was fabulous, various pastries, cold meats and cheeses, fruit and yogurts. A typical Italian breakfast consists of a pastry and coffee, so I think their attempt at bacon eggs and beans etc to please that clientele was 10/10!

The main advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the airport, with the possibility of walking through an urbanized and walkable area, during a ten-minute walk. Despite being close on the map, you have to go around a military installation to get there. As for the hotel, I highlight its cleanliness and also its speed at the reception. The restaurant has a somewhat short menu, but the pasta we tried was of good quality.

I think it is a pretty good hotel if you go to or come to the airport late at night or early in the morning. The room is small and there is no refrigerator, but the staff is kind and will book the car properly if you specify the time. Not a taxi, but a regular passenger car came, so it would probably be a white taxi that is affiliated with the hotel. The price is fixed 25 euros. It was about 10 minutes to ride at 4:30 in the early morning, so I felt a little high, but it was good that there was no worry about being further swallowed (laughs). Also, I couldn't eat breakfast because it was early in the morning, but the staff gave me coffee and juice. The location is subtle to use as a sightseeing hotel normally. It is about 2 minutes walk from the tram 1 station, but there are few shops around. It takes about 15 minutes by tram from Galibaldi station.

Our room was nicely spacious and well furnished. The bed was comfortable, there was a good sized wardrobe and a decent desk. The room was beautifully decorated, fresh and spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a good shower, and was roomy plus, again, very well decorated. Also came with a hairdryer on the wall which I was very happy with. We didn't actually meet the owner but they were very helpful on WhatsApp. The internet was good once we realised logging into the named internet with our floor number made it stronger. Despite the cosmetic looks of the area we did actually feel safe and found the locals to be very friendly and helpful (although English is not prevalent). If you are visiting the Tabbaco shop at the bottom of the hill sells bus tickets but is shut on Sundays. Next door the mini supermarket is very well priced (well compared to UK prices). The buses leave from opposite the little newsstand (back side of it not the front) and head to Naples Central in about 15mins. Taxi from the Central Station was a maximum of 16euro and from the airport 30euro I can not comment on value for money as we booked a package deal but despite the location I would stay again because it was so nice, stylish, quiet and comfortable. It is about a 15-minute walk from the station. On the way from the station, there is a clean supermarket, laundry, and delicious pizza restaurant, and next door is a chain *****tore, so the location is great. The room was quite spacious, cleaned every day, and had a large terrace, so it was very comfortable. I visited not only Naples, but also Pompeii, Salerno → Amalfi → Potasino → Sorrento, but Amalfi and Potasino were too crowded, so I'm glad I did a day trip from Naples. There is no resident staff, so you need to go at the specified time to check in, but be careful that they don't open the door unless you call. I ended up not being able to contact the hotel in Matera, so the hotel canceled the day and I didn't get a refund, so I was a little worried that it would happen again.

Very friendly stuff who helped us with everything. I love the treatment that they have been giving us. Super helpful & very flexible. Recommended.

It is an Italian house that is open opposite the train station and has 5 rooms. The location is very convenient, the price is relatively high, but the downstairs are black, relatively insecure. We live next door to black people. I am not a racist, but I still care. The landlord is very enthusiastic, maybe too enthusiastic, will open your door to clean up, although we clearly told him not to do so. I don't care, my wife is more afraid. In short, there are advantages and disadvantages. The man is alone, recommend living. Couple, forget it, take care of your lover's sense of security.

Grand Europa Hotel, 5 minutes walk from the train station. Turn right out of the train station, turn right at the first traffic light intersection, the hotel is on the left. The decoration of the hotel is so elegant, I like it very much, I took the time to take pictures of the hotel inside and out. Recommend the hotel's dinner, it's very Italian and tastes great. The attitude of the front desk staff is very enthusiastic. Will recommend to friends and will come again myself.

The hotel is super centrally located in the old city centre an is 2 stops by subway away from the central train station. The airport bus stops about 8min walk away. Though the building does not look modern or presentable from the outside, the hotel which situated on the 4th floor is completely renovated and has a modern interior. The electric appliances (aircon, rainbow light in shower, kettle, hairdryer) were all working perfectly. The room's design was modernand stylish. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful as well as multilingual. I really enjoyed staying here!
