We loved the apartment and the location, super central and with many places to eat nearby. I recommend.

Tutto perfetto unica pecca gradini all'antica situato al sesto piano senza ascensore... Se li esegui 2 volte al giorno... E come 1 mese di palestra 😅

Too many negative things. The shower room in very poor condition. Very impractical shower and leaky shower heads+++, very deteriorated toilet seat. With smell of humidity +++. No repairs were made despite promising to do so during our stay. We asked for an extra bed which was just an uncomfortable camping bed charged over €30 per night. Few amenities compared to the price paid (no microwave, no kettle, no tea towels, coffee maker with old coffee grounds in it) Mop being dried against the wall giving off an unpleasant smell when entering the room the room. A dangerous power outlet. And no way to negotiate with the manager regarding these inconveniences. Accommodation very difficult to access for people with reduced mobility because it is on a high floor (we were informed in the adverti*****t). But the steps are dilapidated and dangerous and without lights. The only nice thing is access to the rooftop, 2 floors higher which gives a view of the roofs of the Spanish quarter. Be careful, the owner will respond to my comment with completely misleading comments (like the previous ones already posted on booking for example). It makes people believe that we misread the advert regarding the rooftop, for example, which we thought was our balcony.

Accoglienza non delle migliori. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti dal host in modo molto sbrigativo, infastidito perché a suo dire dovevamo avvisarlo che eravamo in ritardo di 30 Min rispetto all orario indicato. Sul ritardo ha ragione ma la motivazione è che abbiamo subito il ritardo della metropolitana per la quale abbiamo dovuto attendere 20 minuti e sotto non è presente segnale. Attenzione che se non avete una buona tempra non riuscirete a fare tutti e i 5 piani di scale( ascensore non presente). La posizione è ottimale per visitare napoli, la stanza è abbastanza pulita e confortevole. Sempre riguardo all accoglienza non è presente nessuna bevanda.

Struttura con un’ottima posizione, la consiglio per fare un weekend. Con le scale per arrivare all’appartamento fate anche cardio 😂

Bel endroit parfaitement situé, au cœur de Quartieri Spagnoli (quartiers espagnols). Au dernier niveau d’un immeuble ancien, après six petits étages à grimper (ce qui permet une petite mise en jambe avant de parcourir les rues de Naples), on découvre une sorte de toit terrasse. La vue y est fabuleuse, avec, au loin, en face, le château Sant’Elmo. Le soir, de là-haut, on entend le murmure des rues animées, vivantes. Que ce soit avec l’hôte ou son collaborateur, les échanges ont été simples et faciles, et l’accueil, sympathique. En prime, j’ai reçu de très précieux conseils pour mon séjour. Je n’hésiterai aucunement à revenir dans cet hébergement très agréable. Grazie Mille !

Meu conselho: não vá! Local não corresponde as fotos, a começar pela entrada, são mais de 100 degraus em uma escada íngreme e mal cuidada. Apartamento sujo, lençóis e travesseiros ruins. Localização boa mas extremamente barulhenta. Nível baixo.
