Comfort Inn Downtown Nashville - Music City Center

Not bad, the sound of the air conditioner is a bit louder, the quilt is relatively tide, the other is okay, it is close to the bar street, it is a relatively cheap hotel nearby, it is very convenient to go to the music center
Millennium Maxwell House Nashville

Hotel was great, not close enough to downtown but only a 7 min Uber ride away. Lots of food options within walking distance: Chipotle, Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, Arby's. I had a great view of the Nashville skyline. Service was okay, no housekeeping throughout the stay regardless of length of stay. Called front desk for extra towels but they told me to go collect them myself because they're understaffed. Pool was closed for the winter even though there were some warm days that would've allowed for pool use.
Hyatt Place Nashville Opryland

Nothing overly fancy but the rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable. Not in the ”busy downtown” which actually suited us much better. We could walk to bars, and shops. Free Breakfast, Shuttle services, mini fridge in the room. Pool was nice and we enjoyed our time out there..... After staying there for 4 nights we moved on to another hotel and wished we could have come back to Hyatt Place Nashville Opryland. Matter of fact we ended up driving back to that area several times...called it our old stomping grounds! Close to Opryland.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I love it here.. I normally don’t do reviews, bad or good.. But,I have to say from the time Dougie Norman checked us in.. It was great.. He offered us 2 pass to Centennial Park. Very professional and very respectful.. The rooms🥰🥰Dove everything from hand wash to body wash and shampoo.. The park view I love.. I asked for that and received.. The beds are comfortable and the room was excellent.. Thank you Dougie and Holiday Inn for the second stay and the luxury.
Residence Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center

Having stayed here for 3 nights, we found some good features…some bad. The good:- - we had a small apartment - the extra space was great. - the laundry room was fantastic - new machines and plenty of them. - Location was great - a short walk to many places. - The rooftop bar was great. Annoyingly it was closed to hotel guests one day for a private function (this should not happen!). The not so good:- - The lift situation. This was a disaster. One day, one of the lifts starting making an atrocious sound (that particular lift shaft being near our room and woke us up). It continued for hours before it was taken out of service. The lift repair man showed my husband the frayed cables in there. Wow - if the other lifts are like that there is some serious maintenance needed. - The wait for the lifts was way too long. Every single time. Many people would get in the lift going in the other direction so that they were at least in the lift for its return journey because otherwise when the lift finally arrived it was of course already full. - The pool area was overcrowded and we could never get a seat. Just too small an area when this large hotel is very busy which it was when we were there. - Nashville is expensive, and the bar here is no exception. It did not take long to spend $150 here and that was without food. - We did not use the carpark ourselves, but it was a strong talking point with many other guests that we kept getting told about - at $48 a day, this is exorbitant. - Breakfast was awful, never experienced anything like it. Not only was the food offering very basic selections but the ambiance was atrocious. Paper plates, plastic cutlery, paper cups - everything gets chucked into big garbage bins (that are in the breakfast area) when you are finished. Apart from the environmental disaster that this is, it just felt like a school cafeteria and a mismatch from the price paid for the accommodation. In summary, I’m not sure if I would stay again - the lift situation and poor breakfast experience would need to change.
The Bankers Alley Hotel Nashville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

We stayed for three nights at this hotel. The room was comfortable and initially all was well until we got back mid afternoon after a day out to find our room unserviced. On speaking to the front desk they said they would send someone up straight away. No one had come by the time we left for our night out in town and the front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it because we had booked through a third party! This was a recurring line used in each of our discussions. When we left to go out the next day we reminded them that the room had not been serviced the day before and when we got back it was not serviced and the maid nearby said she was not going to do it as it was not on her list. Eventually with more complaints it was serviced. When we left the next day we were unable to speak to a manager as it was his day off! At no time were we offered compensation for not receiving service just told that there was nothing they could do as we purchased through a third party. Didn’t matter that I am a Hilton Honors member for decades. I was promised an email from the manager but … I would like to mention that the staff at breakfast were excellent and helpful and could teach the front desk a thing or two. Needless to say we would not recommend this hotel because of the lack of care and service
