Arrived Christmas Eve and were told at check-in that there would be no breakfast or housekeeping on Christmas Day. I’m all for folks having Christmas Day off but you’ve got to tell people in advance. We would have made sure we picked up something for breakfast before we arrived if we had known. Then the housekeeping staff half-assed the cleaning on the 26th as well, so we still had trash in our room when we checked out after three nights. Finally the sofa bed was just awful. Rickety and squeaky, unusable as a sofa bed. Had to sleep on it set up as a sofa.

This place should be called Hardwood Bed Suites. If you have back, neck, ribcage, or any issue do not go here!! A park bench is softer than the mattress here. There was no lotion, no shower cap, there was bar soap. I could hear the guy above us going to the bathroom in the middle of the night, literally every drop in the toilet, the rooms are not sound insulated at all. The coffee was cold as was the hot water for tea. The oatmeal was like hot water with non cooked oats swimming in it, totally not cooked. Not happy with this place. Other Homewood Suites are nice.

I’m upset with our stay for a few reasons, I booked thinking we were staying in a highly rated hotel but instead the outside did not match the inside. Our room was very dirty first with the entrance, dirty walls, door barely shuts. Paint coming off the walls, living room is so dated and not inviting! The bathroom seemed like the tub was painted but the accommodations were poor also meaning crappy towels and shampoo etc. the beds and air conditioning were great so that’s where the 3 stars came from. Breakfast buffet was sad but very clean area.

Exceptionally clean hotel and spacious room. Nice breakfast offerings. Comfortable bed and I want those pillows for my own home!
Easy on/off the main highway and safely tucked into the rear of an upscale condo/retail area. I’ll definitely stay at this Homewood Suites again. I’ve always been happy with every stay at a Homewood Suite.

so clean and such great staff from the front desk to the housekeeping to the maintenance everyone is lovely, complimentary coffee and tea all day a beautiful complimentary buffet breakfast Wednesday evening complimentary wine and food the foom os spacious clean with a great fridge microwave hob and dishwasher i think its a lovely hotel for a long time stay home from home.

As a Hilton Honors Lifetime Diamond traveler, I've experienced many nights on the road and this stay by far has been one of my best, if not, the best experience. The hospitality was of the charts.
