Everything was good including service, facilities, and all, especially considering the price—the best cost-effective five-star experience. The arrangement of furniture in the room is very good, giving you a cozy feeling. Staffs are very kind and are well-mannered. However, there are some mild fragrance issues all over the place including in the room. I'd say it's a general Indian scent usually not found in other franchise 5-star hotels. The fragrance in the lobby, elevators, and corridors needs improvement. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good considering the price, with a high understanding of different cuisines around the globe. Room service foods are also high quality.

The hotel has a prime location but it needs a lot of improvement. From the check-in service, there is a shortage of staff. The rooms are a bit old and smelly The toilets are not in good condition. The water quality they provide is some normal filter water in the rooms. No bottled water is provided. The room sleepers are so small they can fit small children only. Even after requesting the sleeper at least normal size. When the person called the incharge him that ask the guest we have only this and if you needed it or not. This kind of language was not acceptable. This is not 5-star hotel. It is a scam either from Trip.com or the hotel to provide false information

Location is quite good but the hotel is a bit dated. The safe was not working, but to their credit, they replaced one the next day. Cleanliness is just OK, but can be improved. The room is generally OK, but the drawers were not cleaned properly.

The Imperial Hotel is a delightful blend of elegance and warmth. The staff’s exceptional service made us feel right at home. The restaurant offers authentic Indian cuisine, and the hotel’s interior exudes an unmistakable authenticity. Highly recommended!!

I was in New Delhi for and single night and upon recommendations from friends I decided to book this place. I love that it wasn’t very far from the airport and it was definitely very close to the center of Delhi with so many tourist attractions and shopping options and food places around within walking distance. The staff are very Very helpful and made sure that my stay there was pleasant. I had an early morning flight and the staff Packed my breakfast for me too.

There is a kettle, a hairdryer, a safe, disposable slippers, and two bottles of water. You can drink draft beer (368 rupees / with snacks) at the bar on the second floor. There is an X-ray inspection of luggage every time at the hotel entrance, which is troublesome but safe.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It is clean, a short walk from Janpath metro station and the staff are friendly. It is also conveniently close to some key attractions. As an added benefit there is a travel consultant in the hotel who is really friendly and helpful.

Neat and clean room. They provide all necessity items like drinking water, hot water, soap, linen, etc. Budget friendly hotel, with lots of options sournd the area. Nearly 30 mins away from airport, and transportion is easily available. They have veg restaurant at ground floor and bar with non-veg food available at 1st floor. As mentioned by many reviewers they have limited alcohol brands. Food was ok but very poor service in a restaurant. Over all good experience, can recommend

The only good thing about this property is it's location. Very bad interior. They have plumbing issues in most of the room. No waiters to carry your laugage. Too much conjusted. Zero value for money. This hotel needs a sudden renovation.

It was pleasant stay. Relaxing stay and the experience being at a central location was awesome. I would love to come back here
