Fantastic hotel, ultra modern, super cool vibes, nice room with a funky shower room! Breakfast was great, good variety and they also make you various omelettes to order, all included in the breakfast buffet! Staff are attention and helpful, would defo stay here again and highly recommend it! Coming from London and seeing a hotel like this, loved it!
Nice clean little hotel located near New Delhi train station and not far from Paharganj. You probably can't find better hotels in the area for the price. If hygiene is an important factor to you in choosing a hotel, this is it. It's not squeaky clean, but you will be surprised when you see it. The room is a bit small, but if you're a solo traveler, the space is sufficient, at least to me. Breakfast is good, all Indian style.
I had a pleasant stay at the Novotel. It is located in the Old Delhi region, but not too far from the main part of Connaught Place where you will find many high street shops and bars/restaurants. The hotel itself is very new and not 100% finished. However, it was very clean and modern and the staff were superb throughout. They catered for my every needs and went above & beyond my requirements. Once the work is fully complete, then this hotel is a perfect place for anyone visiting New Delhi. Also, a quick mention to the chef, Sachin. He made me a perfect butter chicken curry, even though it wasn’t on the menu itself.

very close to new delhi Metro and Railway station almost 1 km only... room was clean ... no disturbance... only thing of concern is you have to buy normal drinking water also ... they don't supply regular water ... otherwise it's a good comfortable stay.
The external environment is in the Muslim area. Although the environment is a little dirty and messy, everything is good, the service, etc., it is clean, it is cleaned every day, it is safe, and there are a lot of guests. The breakfast is very good, and it is sunny Very comfortable after getting in the sun. The location is actually just one stop away from the subway hub of Rajiv Chock (C.P. Central Business District), and it is very convenient to go everywhere.
Come next time. Would stay here again!
The room was good for the price! But the Wi-Fi was too weak! For some reason there was an aquarium with fish swimming in it. The water was quite cold. About 37 degrees Celsius, lol. It was quite hot in winter.
Just in the vicinity of the Indian Railway Station, it is only a short time to get to the train station. It is surrounded by such a private residential hotel. This is a good condition. The nearby hotel feels that the decoration is still right, but the surrounding environment is just like the typical Indian, crowded and noisy. But relatively speaking, if it is a higher-end hotel in a noble environment, the price will more than double.

Only check-in at about 10pm for a night’s stay. Only hotel to provide one litre of water per person. So grateful for this detail since tap water isn’t drinkable. King bed is comfortable ***** with room size just alright. Air con was alright in my room but super noisy in room 106. We stayed in rooms without windows hence it was quiet. Fast check-in and check-out. Only con is poor location. The road outside always jam compared to other hotels.
The staff at the reception is amazing everyone is gentle and they helped us in many things. The room is okay, but needs to be more cleaned, there was a lot of dust and the small details are to be defined.
All these things are okay but we were very concerned about the breakfast. There was no buffet, the food was not plentiful , we didn’t have lot of choices but just (omelette toast, bread toast and sandwiches) black tea, coffee..that’s it. And it was not of a good quality.. I’m sorry about it. But in general is a good place to stay

GGuest UserThe room is clean, there is no problem with air conditioning and hot water, and the front desk is good, but there is no elevator, so it may be inconvenient for people with disabilities. There is nothing wrong with the accommodation itself, but the sound of horns is noisy because it faces a large street. If you are interested, bring your own earplugs. There are many dining rooms near the station, so there is no complaint if you leave early the next morning or stay for a short stay of 1ー2 night.
GGuest UserThe Hotel was decent, however inside the room there was not internet connection available, hence lot of work could not be completed. There is no proper ventilation in the room. The attached bath room and toilet was very narrow to take path comfortably. The fan sound was very noisy. Mainly hot water not available.
Wash basin is given only inside the toilet, while two persons were staying if one person used the toilet then there is not way to wash or use wash basins.
There was continuous noise from top of the hotel like some one hitting. The toilet glass doors were not good, when some one is using the toilet it was visible outside. Thanks
GGuest UserThe hotel is a little scary at night because you have to turn off the main road and go down an alley, but the staff are very kind. There is no hair dryer provided, but they will lend one to you if you ask.
We planned to head to Agra the next day and then travel around Jaipur and Delhi, but it was difficult to get train tickets, and we were unable to reserve a train ticket until the day we left for Agra, so we consulted the tour desk in the hotel and decided to charter a taxi for three days. We had a very kind driver and were able to travel safely in a red car. Mr. Rana! Thanks!
ZZhengmeiThe location is outstanding at the entrance of the main bazaar in front of New Delhi station.
The nearby tourist spots are also close.
It's not a resort only for those who want to taste the main bazaar, the old town.
Cost performance such as indoor, breakfast is good.
The staff was also pleasant, especially the front door guard man was a kind person.
One thing is that the exchange rate at the front desk is good and exchange.
The next day, the nearby exchange was much better. It was a pity.
GGuest Userthe hotel was good. staff was nice and helpful. only problem is that there is a bar which is attached to it. there is some noise that comes till late night
EEl PoñoThe rooms and hotel are good, there’s WiFi and hot water but it’s a little bit hard to find the hotel and there’s no big sings of it. It’s near metro station and railway station
GGuest UserThe property was very good and it has good ventilation in comparison to other properties of the same area and staff were very cooperative during our stay
GGuest UserIt is recommended because it is close to New Delhi station and can be reached by subway from the airport.
The hotel room is clean and recommended here when staying in Delhi.
