The hotel location is really the best, and it is a good value accommodation in Manhattan. I recommend it. I would 10,000 percent visit it again.

The front desk is very small, but the front desk is friendly, check-in is convenient, and storage is also at the front desk. Free ice water is provided, the room facilities are very new, but no cleaning service is provided. It is very close to the central train station

The hotel is in a very good location, next to the New York Central Station, close to the Rockefeller Building. The hotel reception is almost a table in the elevator hall, which is really simple. The room is pretty good, large and clean. The bathroom is very small. The hotel does not have a breakfast room

Absolutely rubbish hotel, rubbish service staff, because we checked in late, they moved us from superior room to standard room, and lied to us that it was a standard room. Finally, after calling, the hotel staff told us that our room was a standard room without knowing it, and then changed it to say that we were staying in a superior room. The room pictures were different, and the superior room was on the 3rd floor with the laundry room??? Finally, it was up to us to stay or not, because the hotel was full. If it was full, they could just change the guest's booked room at will, and say it was the same, it was just tmb. Finally, I stayed in a different hotel for one night, checked out, and they said they would refund the money for the next few nights, but then they turned around and refused to admit it. Haha, in the end, Ctrip helped them. So if you want to experience the rogueness of American hotels, go to this one! The bathroom is rubbish! Absolutely bad review!!!
