Although the lady checking me in was great and the staff friendly, when you live in a developed country, hot water at your hotel is non-negotiable. It took 5 minutes of the water running just to get water that was tepid or warm at best. And then the soap bottles were all empty. I choose Hampton Inn for its consistency, not because it is the best. They clearly did not meet expectations.

Very clean hotel. professional individuals offered help during check-in and helped provide information to me regarding the area. The place was affordable and it was easy to get food late at night. I will return.

After a long layover followed by a 15 hour flight causing us to come in late, it was a breath of fresh air to have such an amazing front desk staff check us in and give us all to information we needed to successfully make our trip easy. Breakfast was a nice not addition when traveling with family. Beds are so soft and comfortable. I slept like a baby. Very clean and nice facilities right across from LGA.

The airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes in the morning, and the driver is also very professional. He will stop at the door of the terminal and tell you which floor to take the elevator to check in.
