Lovely room,friendly and helpful staff.

I love here good location

We stayed for many days, it was very good (residence, high-rise, above 28th floor). There are also low-rise (below 26th floor). The most unsatisfactory thing is the loud air conditioning, but this is almost a common problem in American hotels. Good value for money.

The hotel is very bad, I do not recommend it if you come with children. I chose this hotel because it included parking, because we arrived at 1.30 am and since the hotel does not have its own parking lot, my husband had to wait until 4 am for a parking lot so as not to leave the car on the street, also on the 1st and 2nd day They didn't make us the rooms. the hotel lobby has no bathroom!! This is unacceptable, for all the guests that arrive!!! the only good thing is its location.

Except for the good location, there is nothing to say. The front desk service is very poor. The phone will never be answered, but the service of Ctrip is really good. I have been contacting for help.

Our stay was good. The one call that I have is trying to make tea in our room but the pot was not clean and probably has been out of use for a while, and so I couldn’t get to boil, clean water for my tea. However, there was complementary tea in the lobby. The staff were very nice and friendly rest of facilities seem to be clean

Easy area with convenient transit nearby to reach every part of manhattan. Good size room and amenities

To be honest, everything was nice and easy. The hotel staff was very accommodating. $200 deposit should be mentioned on ******* app I will mention.

The rooms were clean, staff was friendly, very nice hotel to stay at. The price was very good. Only downside is no parking for a big truck at the garage next to the hotel but thats not their fault. Great views!
